Over the years Gumpro has developed indigenous mud products which are commercially manufactured and marketed world wide. Gumpro manufactures the specialty mud additives at four different locations in India. The company has established separate plant for liquid blending, black powders, polymers and LCM. Each plant is designed to comply with the local environmental norms. Quality of the product is maintained by the attached Q.C. Laboratory with every plant. These laboratories work as a Q.C. check point during production. The final Q.C. is performed by the Central ISO 9001 : 2000 accredited laboratory in Mumbai. The company saw an opportunity in the filtration business to meet the growing requirement of the industry. The company developed the indigenous technology in-house and developed the filtration unit. Filter housing are designed as per ASME See VII Div I and made in Stainless Steel 316 grade. Presently the company owns 6 sets of twin pod cartridge filter and bag filter units. The company has highly trained man power to operate the units. Every filtration engineer of the company is trained for brine preparation, turbidity check, trouble shooting of the units including repair of the valves which ensure uninterrupted unit operation at remote locations. It is mandatory that all the engineers have a valid license for HUET, Sea Survival, Fire Fighting and FirstAid. The company has tied up with the manufacturers of the polypropylene pleated cartridges and bags to toll manufacture as per company's specifications under strict quality control. The company has established an in-house a.c. check procedure for the cartridge and the bags. Gumpro Filtech is the first filtration service company in India. GUMPRO'S DUAL VESSEL SKID is used for brine filtration for purification down upto ONE MICRON. For brine with heavier contamination, the skid can be used in conjunction with bag filters, which carry out the upstream coarse filtration. Filter housings are designed as per ASME Sec VII. Div. I and made in Stainless steel to eliminate corrosion issues. Swing type eye bolts along with davit pipe help easy opening of the filter housing for quick changing of filter cartridges. Filtration media is polypropylene pleated cartridge with large filtration area and high dirt holding capacity.Series / parallel piping manifold in the skid facilitates pre and final filtration in single pass.
