We are offering alc block plant up to 30 m3 day (aerated light weight concrete). This is very small unit as per client requirement. Aerated concrete blocks used as building material. These green bricks can attain very regular & uniform shapes. As no burning is involved, so the shapes also remain unchanged. Alc blocks are made to aerate by creating a reaction between silica in base material such as fly ash, lime, aluminium powder & cement.

We are offering aac block plant 35 m3/ day (autoclaved aerated concrete block plant). This is one of the smallest aac plant. Which can be made commercially feasible & workable wrt. Geography. Aac block are made of fly ash as main raw material, cement, lime & aluminum powder. Gypsum acts as a long term strength gainer. The plant is able to make extreme light weight and large variety of sizes blocks and has excellent thermal insulation nature.
