Vanes are made in the range of carbon material (carbon graphite) metal impregnated carbon graphite and resin-bounded graphite to meet many different applications. Carbon vanes are self-lubricating and therefore ideal for pumps, handling liquids whose lubricating properties are poor, such as petrol, diesel etc. They can also operate in unlubricated compressors to deliver air or gas uncontaminated by lubricating oil or grease.
We specializes in the manufacture of Impervious Carbon Bricks (AF) Quality (Confirming to as per ASTM or DIN Standard) especially developed for Highly Corrosion Resistance, Excellent Resistance to Thermal Shocks, High Crushing Strength, High Thermal Conductivity & it withstand a temperature upto 180c. Very minimum Porosity i.e. 2-3 % & Maximum Carbon content i.e.98 % and Low Ash.
Starch Paste Kettle is designed as per good manufacturing practices in terms of clean ability of components, surface finished, absence of sharp corners, assembling and dissembling of components and control devices. Machine can be design as per jacketed type, electrically or stream heated, thermostatic control with the unit, safety valve, insulated with suitable insulating material, tilting with hand wheel. Easy transfer of paste while tilting, unit will be provided with suitable lid, suitable discharge bottom valve for steam water, which should easily removable and easily cleanable.

The primary function of a Carbon Brush is to deliver or collect current from a rotating part of an electric Machine. The brushes should maintain a close contact with rotating part, (i.e. Commutator or slipring) / in order to ensure sparkles operation without wearing itself too quickly. The GCC 201 Seriesare unbalanced type seals. The rotary unit utilises a standard seal face with a single spring and secondary seal ring. This single spring is stronger and sturdier then multi-spring construction.
