A decorticator is a machine for stripping the skin, bark, or rind off nuts, wood, plant stalks, grain, etc. in preparation for further processing.

The grains or whole groundnuts etc will be passed through the hardened knives fitted on a rotating disc which peels sensitively the surface further the Vibration system isolates the shells, Skin etc and leaving kernel / meat for next step of operation.

Hammer Mill is used for breaking Seeds, Copra (Coconuts) and Seed Cake / Meals from larger into smaller pieces. As the density of smaller pieces is larger, the capacity of Oil Press / Oil Expeller increases and also percentage of extracted oil.

Copra Dryer is mainly used to dry either wet copra and semi dried copra to make it suitable for extraction of Oil. The dried copra facilities to extract the oil at faster rate and helps to get oil drained. The drier will reduce the moisture from 40% to 7% and also at various moisture levels

The driers are of direct conduction driers, convection driers by Hot Air Radiators and or direct combustion flue gas driers for faster reduction of moisture. These driers are available on various capacities and designed, engineered and manufactured as per customer requirement. Special tailor made dryers could also be manufactured.
