Soya Milk Plant. SM -18, SM-36 and SM-70 is a table-top machine that yields high quality soya milk at the cottage level. The SM -18 produces 18 litters of high quality soya milk every half an hour (using 2% kg. of raw soya beans costing about 22 to 25 per kg.) at the cost of 5-6 per liter. Our offered Soya Milk Plant includes accessories for making tofu (soy paneer) also. This Soya Milk Plant requires 6 to 12 sqm area. A skilled operator along with one helper is enough for operating the machine. The basic Soya Milk Plant comprises of a grinder/cooker, a mechanical filter press, a tube boiler and a Tofu forming box.
Components - Grinder - Cooker : This is a pressure vessel made from AISI SS - 304 equipped with a grinder, 220 Volt, 1 HP single phase motor, steem purged tube for uniform cooking screen plate for optimum distribution of material inside the cooker, vortex cross of pressure and temperature gauges to monitor cookingof soy slurry, The grinder will be mounted directly at the bottom of thevessel to rotate at 2800 rpm.
- Manual !Solider : This is also a pressure vessel made from AISI SS - 304 sheet. It consists of a safety pressure relief valve that opens at 30 psi. Make up water inlet valve/ blow down tube, gauge glass with fitting and temperature & pressure gauges to monitor the actual pressure and level of water in the boiler.
- Filter Press : This is made from AISI SS - 304. It comprises an SS perforated cylinder and a press screw to separate okara from milk. It will be complete with necessary valves and fittings.
- Tofu Box. It consists of perforated stainless steel boxe made of SS - 304. This SS box allow firm pressing to Tofu (Soy Paneer) for separation of water and paneer.
