We manufacture products as per globally accepted EN-124 standards .Over 5000 patterns are readily available for production. We have state of the art in house CNC machines for pattern making wherein we can develop new patterns with 2 weeks.

Counterweight primarily made from Cast Iron or Ductile Iron, it is used to counterbalance a load. A single Counterweight can range from 1 kg to 55 tons.

A counterweight is typically used to counterbalance a load, thus helps control the ascending and descending acceleration force and substantially reducing the amount of power & energy needed for the process operation. Apart from application areas where the counterweight is visible from outside, the surface finish required is very marginal.

Out of 4 foundries, Crescent has a dedicated 1 facility to take up only counterweight productions on a large scale and has added suitable painting options like Epoxy and PU paints to give the final product a superior finish.

We manufacture high quality Land Rollers which are the oldest and most versatile tillage tools used on the agriculture field today.

Type of Rollers: Packer Rings, Furrow Rings, Cross kill Rings, Cambridge Rings, Smooth Rings and Serrated Spacer Rings.

Features and Advantages: Land Rollers are made of Cast (Grey) Iron and Ductile Iron which bury crop residue into the ground, making fields easier to plant in the spring. When its dry, farmers can roll their fields after planting so that moisture will migrate right up to the plant for better emergence. Pulling a Roller will also insure better seed soil contact and improve seed germination.

The smooth rings break up the soil and ensure an excellent rolling effect. The serrated spacer rings ensure reliable self-cleaning. The cross kill rings are best suited for use in seedbed preparation. Cambridge rings, which is beneficial for sites at risk of erosion and flooding. Packer rings are used on both medium and heavy soil. The shoulder profile ensures that the rings is lifted up on light soils, but at the same time an efficient cutting of big clods and sharp furrows on the heavy soil are ensured.

We manufacture grey cast iron and ductile iron manhole riser rings / extension rings / repaving rings / paving riser rings as well as fabricated mild steel riser rings. All the products are available inASTM A48 Class 35B. Steel Riser rings aremade of ASTM A36 steel and galvanizedas per ASTM A123 (if required). Fabricated Mild Steel Riser Rings are specially designed to allow for small variances in Manhole Rings.

We are leading manufacturer of Decorative yet functional road accessories like gray and ductile iron bollards. A Bollard normally is a short vertical post with a wide landscape & architectural application, but extensively used for control of both vehicular and pedestrian traffic, in cities & on highways. Since they are designed purposely to be major items of the landscape, they certainly make the scenery look architecturally beautiful and attractive, while serving a most needed function. All castings are available in ASTM A48 Class 35B.

These are spring loaded Covers for ease of opening the cover. These are access covers to be used mainly during emergency. The Covers are spring loaded and can be opened from inside as well as outside and can be latched. The items are fabricated by MIG welding. Galvanizing is by HOT DIP GALVANISING.
