Operation:
Containers are fed in upright position on a scrambler and further fed to feed worm, where containers are automatically inverted.The synchronized mechanism feed the container one by one through a chamber which is under negative pressure. A series of nozzles blow air in the container at a high pressure. The dust is collected in dust collector box through exhaust fan.The container is further fed through the synchronized mechanism and feed worm. It is once again upright position and comes out duly cleaned for further operation.

Automatic Rotary Piston Filling Cum Sealing Machine

Description:
GMPs Automatic Rotary Piston Filling Cum Sealing Machine is versatile, self-supported on stainless steel leg with height adjustable adjustment system. The machine is precision built on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are providing to facilitate the servicing of machine, work on volumetric principle with rotary motion. The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body. No container No filling & No Sealing system arrangement is standard features of the machine.

The main drive of the machine, conveyor drive & cap-feeding bowl consist of A/c Motor with synchronized variable A/c Frequency Drive.

Containers moving on SS Slat conveyor, feed below the filling nozzles through feed worm & in-let star wheel, Filling station consist of volumetric filling head and a central rotating liquid reservoir tank. This reservoir tank fed continuously with the liquid by external source. In-feed liquid controlled automatically by sensing the liquid level in the reservoir tank with the help of float switch to actuate pneumatically operated solenoid valve. Fill volume adjustment can be done by a screw, which changes the volume of all the syringes simultaneously. Fine adjustment of individual syringe is possible with the help of mechanism provided on top of the individual syringe.

After filling star wheel bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap filling bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of threading & sealing.

Operation:
Containers moving on SS Slat conveyor, feed below the filling nozzles through a settable twin pneumatically operated stopper system. The twin pneumatically operated stopper system and reciprocating nozzles can precisely match for centering of container below nozzles, to avoid spillage of liquid on container.
To minimize foaming adjustable nozzle will reciprocate according to filling dose, nozzle will go upwards slowly from bottom level of bottle towards neck during filling. The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt fitted below syringes. This means fill size can be easily set.

Online Visual Inspecation

Description:
GMPs Inspection table is equipment consisting of a three-track conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement and visual inspection background of alternate black & white color. Inspection table have stainless steel structure with moving S.S. slat chain. Structure made out of S. S. square pipe & supported on adjustable bolts.

The central conveyor belt brings the bottle from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts & further on the side tables for operators sitting on either side of the table. The operators in turn pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any partials in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottle. After inspection the bottles are placed in the central track, which is transfer for labeling.

Descriptions:

GMPS Homogenizer is built on heavy structure stand to minimize vibration, consist of stand, motor, shaft, stator & rotor. Homogenization technology is based on the use of pressure on liquids to subdivide particles or droplets present in fluids into the very smallest sizes (submicron) and create a stable dispersion ideal for further processing. This equipment produces very high pressure through a specially designed stator & rotor and homogenizes liquids. The head is made out of stainless steel with a telescopic stand.

Operation:

A homogenizer is a single acting stator & rotor, able to create the pressure used to micronized various products. Homogenizers can apply dynamic pressure under continuous flow conditions, processing fluids like emulsions and dispersions for a large variety of applications, viscosities and physical properties. GMP homogenizers are available in a wide range of high pressure and low pressure models providing throughputs at continuous working pressures. GMP Lobe Pump

Lobe Pumps are used in a variety of industries including, pulp, chemical, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology. They are popular in these diverse industries because they offer superb sanitary qualities, high efficiency, reliability, corrosion resistance, and good clean-in-place and sterilize-in-place (CIP/SIP) characteristics.

Rotary Lobe Pumps are non-contacting and have large pumping chambers, allowing them to handle solids such as cherries or olives without damage. They are also used to handle slurries, pastes, and a wide variety of other liquids. If wetted, they offer self-priming performance. A gentle pumping action minimizes product degradation. They also offer reversible flows and can operate dry for long periods of time. Flow is relatively independent of changes in process pressure, so output is constant and continuous.

How Lobe Pumps Work:
Lobe Pumps are similar to external gear pumps in operation in that fluid flows around the interior of the casing. Unlike external gear pumps, however, the lobes do not make contact. Lobe contact is prevented by external timing gears located in the gearbox. Pump shaft support bearings are located in the gearbox, and since the bearings are out of the pumped liquid, pressure is limited by bearing location and shaft deflection.
1. As the lobes come out of mesh, they create expanding volume on the inlet side of the pump. Liquid flows into the cavity and is trapped by the lobes as they rotate.2. Liquid travels around the interior of the casing in the pockets between the lobes and the casing -- it does not pass between the lobes.3. Finally, the meshing of the lobes forces liquid through the outlet port under pressure.
Lobe Pumps are frequently used in food applications because they handle solids without damaging the product. Particle size pumped can be much larger in Lobe Pumps than in other PD types. Since the lobes do not make contact, and clearances are not as close as in other PD pumps, this design handles low viscosity liquids with diminished performance. Loading characteristics are not as good as other designs, and suction ability is low. High-viscosity liquids require reduced speeds to achieve satisfactory performance. Reductions of 25% of rated speed and lower are common with high-viscosity liquids.

Filter Press

Description:

“GMP’s” Filter Press is a sparkler type and consist of S.S. Shell & Top cover using bolts to give pressure tight enclosure. The filter cartridge assembly inside the shell consists of several horizontally arranged disc type filter plates with perforated supporting screens, filter media & interlocking cups. The entire assembly complete with pump & piping connection is mounted on a suitable S.S. Trolley

 

Operation:
The impure liquid to be filtered is fed to the filter shell by pump. It arrives on top of each plate through opening on the sides of plates. As liquid pressure increases, the filter media (Paper/fabric) holds back the impurities & allows the crystal clear filtrate to pass through the central channel (formed by interlocking cups) which takes the filtrate to the outlet of filter. This filter most commonly used to obtain clear liquid, if required the cake formed between the plates can be obtained. Filtration is continued until its rate becomes very slow due to increased cake resistance.

• Manufactured in S.S. 304 / S.S. 316 / S.S. 316L M.O.C• M.S / S.S. Description:

Colloid mills are specialized machines used for milling, homogenizing, dispersing and breaking down of agglomerates into small size particles. The primary function of this machine is to breakdown larger particles into uniform sized small particles. The raw material is fed into a hopper and made to pass between the rotor and stator elements. The material is subjected to high shearing and discharged from the hopper onto the second pass wherein it is recalculated; this is due to the conical shape of the machine and the centrifugal effect of the high speed rotating motor. The machine is equipped with cooling and heating jackets and flame proof motor. The output or productivity varies from machine to machine and depends on factors such as feed rate and viscosity of the raw material/particles.

 

Salient Features:
• All contact parts are made out of SS 304 (SS 316 on demand at extra charges). No casting are used foravoiding contamination problems. 
• Coupling provided between motor shaft and rotor shaft for ease in maintenance – Vertical Model.• Three oil seals between the motor and the processing chamber to prevent liquid going in the motor winding, resulting in the burning of the motor.
• Modified design of semi concave teeth in rotor and stator reduced motor HP and gives better performance insize reduction without damaging the product.
• Extended bearing housing specially designed to facilitate fine adjustments of bearing clearances or backlashto avoid metal to metal contact of rotor and stator. This unique design provides smooth and consistence all round performance and long life of rotor and stator. • Three-way cock for draining and re-circulation of liquids provided as standard. • Contact parts can be easily dismantled for cleaning. • Special design facilitates adjustment of grinding gap by an exterior screw by means of handle even duringoperation.
• Flameproof motor and flameproof rotary switch can be provided on request at extra cost.

SALIENT FEATURES :

The various attachments can be quickly attached & interchanged to the Main Drive unit. A separate power supply socket is also provided for the attachments requiring heating.
