Pre-Painted GI monoblock / modular solid partitioning walls are fabricated by way of nominal 20.60 mm pre-coated GI sheets.
These sheets are bonded with an infill of PUF and Rockwool, forming a rigid 50/80/100 mm thick panel to modular width of 1000 mm and 3000 mm in height.
Pre-Painted GI modular walls and ceilings are suitable for makeing clean rooms for various industries like; electronics, food, healthcare, packaging, cosmetics etc.
Clean Room Door is manufactured from galvanized/stainless steel sheets with lock formed edges.Insulated and bonded with honeycomb paper/aluminium core, mineral wool or polyurethanefoam forming a rigid flush fittings with innovative flush double glazed finished in pure/epoxy polyester powder coating of 70-90 microns forming a smooth surface finish.
A complete range of partitions walls and ceiling systems are available to meet the technical specifications of controlled environment rooms. Ceiling as well as partitions are inert. non particle-shredded, forming part of clean room aseptic envelope to enable compliance with FDA validation procedures and GMP standards.

Available in fire resistant levels from 30 minutes up to 2 hours all tested to BS 476 Part 20 & 22, IS3614 (Part 2), these doors are approved by CBRI (Roorkee), Warringtonfire (UK) and UL (USA). The VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) air sampling fire detection system detects the invisible by-products of materials as they degrade during the pre-combustion stages of an incipient fire. And, by actively and continuously sampling air, the system operates independently of air movements.
In operation air samples are continuously drawn from the monitored environment, typically through a sampling pipe network with the aid of a high efficiency aspirator. On the way to the fire detector the air samples pass through a filter assembly to screen out large airborne dust particles. Once inside the air sampling detector the samples are exposed to a high-intensity and broad-spectrum light source. The incident light scattered from smoke particles in the air sample passes through a series of optical components to a solid state light receiver.

Rodent Repellers are high frequency signal generators. These signals are fed to the transducers which in turn convert them into high frequency sound waves (well above the 20 Khz frequency which is the upper limit of the hearing range of humans). The transducers emit intensive sound waves at high decibels (sound pressure) that are audible and painful to rodents but are inaudible and harmless to humans. The rodents usually leave the area being protected by the ultrasound waves immediately and at other times it may take as long as 4 to 6 weeks before there is significant reduction in rodent infestation. They do not get killed. The transducers are quiet. If you cannot hear them, do not think that the unit is not working. You cannot hear ultrasound. The powerful sound waves generated by the transducers of the repellers are within the hearing range of many pests, and cause them pain and discomfort. Sometimes, the pests will leave the area being protected immediately, and at times it will take as long as four to six weeks before there is a significant reduction in infestation.
Rodents stop entering the areas being protected by Ultrasonic Pest Repeller, because the ultrasonic sound waves hit their eardrums and cause them considerable pain and discomfort. They do not get immune since the sound output is at varying frequencies. They do not die unless they get trapped in a particular place for days together or are under consistent exposure to ultrasonic sound.
Water leak detection has become high up on the list of priorities for many companies and Industries. The water leak detector cable itself is the sensor. Every centimetre of rugged, fire rated cable is sensitive to water and when water comes into contact with the cable, even a few millilitres, the system is able to detect the leak AND report the location. The detection cable can be installed in any length from a few metres in a drip tray to hundreds of metres around the perimeter of an office area. The downflow booth operates on a recirculatory airflow principle providing containment by air movement.
A clean, constant, laminar downflow of Class 100 air is supplied in workarea suppressing any dust clouds generated during open powder processing, removing and capturing airborne particles from the operators breathing zone.
The Prefilters at the base of the rear wall capture the airborne contaminants generated. Intake velocity at prefilters increases to ensure scavenging effect.
A small percentage of air is discharged from the booth through the bleed exhaust HEPA filter to maintain the working space under negative pressure.
