"GMP"High Speed Linear Bottle Washing Machine is most ideal for Round Bottles and finds wide application in PHARMA, FOOD & BEVERAGES INDUSTRIES. The automatic loading arrangement facilities loading of bottles on to SS wire mesh conveyor through feed conveyor or bottles are pushed manually from feed table. This saves manpower as bottles are feed into pockets automatically. The automatic unloading mechanism consists of unloading bottle continues on to turn table (Optional).
Operation:Three-cycle rinsing allows flexibilities of various wash cycles such as fresh water, dematerialized water etc. as per the rinsing requirement of bottle. All the pumps are made of SS and all the water contact parts are made of SS 316 on a heavy base of SS structure.
In tunnel design is such that separation is maintained between feeding zone and discharge zone of the cleaned containers. All the mechanical drives are separated and isolated from the washing zone. Approved materials only are used for construction, together with a careful choice of components, thereby taking in to consideration all aspects of sanitation and consequence complying with the pharmaceutical G.M.P. requirements.
The quality of rinsing is ensured through 3 sets of inner and 2 sets of outer nozzles accurately placed to direct the jet at center of the bottle and the bottle comes out with water totally drained with minimum droplets of water.

INFEED AIR CONVEYOR (With Air Blower)
In-feed air conveyor fitted with high pressure air blower with filter fitted on the suction side. This conveyor feeds empty bottles into the in-feed rotor by neck holding mechanism of the Trio-block machine. The conveyor is mounted at right angles to the Trio-block machine.
AUTOMATIC ROTARY RINSING MACHINE (16 HEAD)
The In-feed Rotor is transfer the bottle from In-feed Air Conveyor to the Rinsing rotor. The bottles are automatically picked up by the rinser rotor from in-feed rotor with neck holding & bring it to the grippers clamp. The grippers clamps turn them upside down means inverted positions which place the bottle mouth over the nozzle. Where the fountain type nozzle spray water in-side the bottle in series, each bottle being rinsed up to four seconds. Mechanical rinse valve provides the featureNO BOTTLE NO RINSING. When the bottles are held at the neck, there is no distortion of the bottle profile. At the end of the rinsing cycle, the bottle is drained of most reschedule water, before being straightened out and handed over to the filling rotor for the filler operation.
AUTOMATIC ROTATY FILLING MACHINE (12 HEAD)
The mechanical filling valves, mounted radically on the rotary filling tank, are actuated automatically by the bottles when lifted up to commence filling. Here again the bottles are held at the neck by neck holding grippers which ensures precise valve centering. Consequently, there is no bottle damage or water wastage during the filling operation. The main machine drive motor has variable speed A.C. Drive, by which the machine speed can be varied depending upon the bottle size to be run. Three position probe fitted in the filling tank automatically regulates the machine speed based upon product inflow, using a panel mounted PLC. NO BOTTLE NO FILLING system arrangement is standard features of the machine.
AUTOMATIC ROTARY SCREW CAP SEALING MACHINE (6 Head)
The feed container moving on transfer rotor, this transfer rotor feed the bottle from the filler rotor to the capper rotor. The Capper Rotor bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the rotating head pickup a cap from the cap star wheel which is receiving from delivery chute of cap filling bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of sealing. The Capping adopts a uniquePICK & PLACEmechanism for capping in conjunction with an efficient bottle anti-turn device. CAPPER ELEVATOR
Caps are fed into the machine by an automatic cap elevator having an S. S. 304 ground level hopper, which can hold up to three thousand caps. This hopper also an automatic agitator, which gets activated as soon as the caps stop moving inside the cap hopper. Thus, the elevator is never starved of caps. The elevator orientates and feeds caps at the desired rate to the capper rotor. Shortly before cap pickup the caps are exposed to UV light for sterilization. After capping, the bottles are .discharged on to the out-feed slate conveyor.

Salient Features:Description:Inspection table is equipment consisting of a three-track conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement and visual inspection background of alternate black & white colour. Operation:The central conveyor belt brings the bottle from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts & further on the side tables for operators sitting on either side of the table. The operators in turn pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any partials in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottle. After inspection the bottles are placed in the central track, which is transfer for labeling.

Description:
GMP FILTER PRESSis a sparkler type and consist of S.S. Shell & Top cover using bolts to give pressure tight enclosure. The filter cartridge assembly inside the shell consists of several horizontally arranged disc type filter plates with perforated supporting screens, filter media & interlocking cups. The entire assembly complete with pump & piping connection is mounted on a suitable S.S. Trolley.
Operation:The impure liquid to be filtered is fed to the filter shell by pump. It arrives on top of each plate through opening on the sides of plates. As liquid pressure increases, the filter media (Paper/fabric) holds back the impurities & allows the crystal clear filtrate to pass through the central channel (formed by interlocking cups) which takes the filtrate to the outlet of filter. This filter most commonly used to obtain clear liquid, if required the cake formed between the plates can be obtained. Filtration is continued until its rate becomes very slow due to increased cake resistance.

Implimentation:
Description:Colloid mills are specialized machines used for milling, homogenizing, dispersing and breaking down of agglomerates into small size particles. The primary function of this machine is to breakdown larger particles into uniform sized small particles. The raw material is fed into a hopper and made to pass between the rotor and stator elements. The material is subjected to high shearing and discharged from the hopper onto the second pass wherein it is recalculated; this is due to the conical shape of the machine and the centrifugal effect of the high speed rotating motor. The machine is equipped with cooling and heating jackets and flame proof motor. The output or productivity varies from machine to machine and depends on factors such as feed rate and viscosity of the raw material/particles.
Application of Colloid Mill:
Lobe pumps are used in a variety of industries including, pulp, chemical, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology. They are popular in these diverse industries because they offer superb sanitary qualities, high efficiency, reliability, corrosion resistance, and good clean-in-place and sterilize-in-place (CIP/SIP) characteristics.
Rotary lobe pumps are non-contacting and have large pumping chambers, allowing them to handle solids such as cherries or olives without damage. They are also used to handle slurries, pastes, and a wide variety of other liquids. If wetted, they offer self-priming performance. A gentle pumping action minimizes product degradation. They also offer reversible flows and can operate dry for long periods of time. Flow is relatively independent of changes in process pressure, so output is constant and continuous.
How Lobe Pumps Work:
Lobe pumps are similar to external gear pumps in operation in that fluid flows around the interior of the casing. Unlike external gear pumps, however, the lobes do not make contact. Lobe contact is prevented by external timing gears located in the gearbox. Pump shaft support bearings are located in the gearbox, and since the bearings are out of the pumped liquid, pressure is limited by bearing location and shaft deflection.
Lobe pumps are frequently used in food applications because they handle solids without damaging the product. Particle size pumped can be much larger in lobe pumps than in other PD types. Since the lobes do not make contact, and clearances are not as close as in other PD pumps, this design handles low viscosity liquids with diminished performance. Loading characteristics are not as good as other designs, and suction ability is low. High-viscosity liquids require reduced speeds to achieve satisfactory performance. Reductions of 25% of rated speed and lower are common with high-viscosity liquids.
