By removing the contaminants like oxygen, moisture and hydrocarbons from the gas mixture in the cylinder, our Cylinder Bake-out Systems improve their functioning. Our Cylinder Bake-out System offer high speed performance for large number of gas filled cylinders. It Consists Of

• Manifold in an insulated box with hoses and cylinder holding brackets for heating up of cylinders up to 80 degree Celsius
• Vacuum pump having 15 meter cube capacity for filling of high purity gases (sufficient for 10 cylinders)
• Valves located on the exterior for preventing exposure to higher temperatures

Important details

• Entire bake-out process can be completed within two to three ours for 10 cylinders
• Mostly, only vacuum baking of cylinders is required to achieve the desired properties of the grade of the gas
