We undertake turnkey projects for installation of central gas distribution system involving high purity gases (up to 7.0 grade), which includes designing, supply, fabrication, installation, orbital welding testing (which include helium leak testing and pneumatic pressure testing) and commissioning of the system. The gases for which we have installed central gas distribution system include helium, hydrogen, argon, carbon monoxide, carbon di-oxide, oxygen, silane, arsine, phosphine, ammonia, hydrogen selenide, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen bromide, chlorine, neon, krypton, deuterium, nitrogen and lpg & other gases like above. We have vast experience to design and install such central gas distribution system as per your requirement. We carry out exhaustive analysis, which involves designing, supply, fabrication, installation, orbital welding, testing and commissioning with trouble free performance of the system as desired by you, taking into consideration of your present and future expected requirements. We have three swagelok orbital welding machines and capable to weld tube and pipes ranges from 1/8"od to 4" od.we have also a micro fitting weld head to micro fittings like vcr, vco, valves etc.
