Strip Heaters are made of high grade Heating resistance wire element supported in Fluted Refractory, which is sheathed in rust resisting steel. End-tab holes are provided for mounting.

Cartridge Heaters are a brass tube sheathed refractory insulated heater provided with 4” Long Teflon wire for terminals.

Uses: In dies moulds, platens, revolving rolls, plastic injection and extrusion barrels, Tablet strip sealing machines carton making machines & shoe making machines etc.

High Density Cartridge Heaters are Made of Heating Conductor grade Ni-Cr 80:20 is evenly wound on a supporting mgo core, which is co centrally placed in a Chrome- Nickel Steel tube after which the inner vacant space is filled with specially selected high purity magnesium oxide powder. This assembled unit is then highly compressed in a SPM, thus converting the core, powder and conductor into one homogeneous mass. The bottom end of the heater is welded with a disc washer for prevention against contamination.
