Coil heaters are designed and manufactured with advanced concept of thermal engineering which has a construction similar to high watt density cartridge heaters. These heaters are also known as high performance tubular heaters or cable heaters. The basic construction of these heaters consist of compacted Mgo, high temperature resistance wire and Chrome Nickel Steel tube. Oil Immersion Heaters are made of Steel tubular sheathed, element brazed to a Cast Iron Flange and are provided with a Thermostat pocket, earthing terminal, & cap.

Uses: For fuel oil heating, oil circulating, for systems which supply hot oil to plastic & chemicals processes, oil jacketted kettles and similar equipments

U Shape Air Heaters are made of Chrome Nickel steel tubular sheathed heating Element compacted with high grade insulation powder for better transmission of heat, provided with adjustable brackets and heavy duty brass terminals.

Uses:

For efficient heating, baking, curing of paints, enamels, lacquers, varnish, adhesives. In dehumidifying equipments, for dryers of metals, powder, sand paper, plastics, textiles, printing industries, in Hot air ducts, oven etc.

U Shape Finned Air Heaters With MS Fins are made of Chrome Nickel, Steel sheathed heating Element fitted with 35 mm MS Finns with adjustable brackets and heavy duty brass terminals. These are designed for rapid and uniform heat transfer for forced convection air heating.

Uses: In recirculating ovens, comfort heaters, air ducts, industrial processes, load resistors, humidity control units and sauna bath heaters.

Working Principle: 

The specially developed design in corporates a stainless steel sheathed cartridge heating element in perforated sheet metal enclosure a black powder coated finish ensures rapid heat dissipationA2 x 2.5 mm porcelain terminal block is provided for electrical connection. Mounting holes are provided at onside.Each Heater Is Tested For Following Specific Tests:

Intended Use: Prevention of condensation, corrosion, leakage currents in l.T. & h.T. 5 switchgear panel boards electronic instruments and panels etc.

Installation: Two holes of 07 mm are provided for mounting on one side of the heater. Installation can be done in vertical orHorizontal position although horizontal mounting is preferred.Distance from surface of panel should be at least 10 rnm. And distance from plastic parts should be at least 50 mm It is recommended to use a thermostat to control the heater.
