Paddy separator designed to separate paddy from rice, consists of a separator table and support base with drive.

Separator table contain flooring sheet and zigzags compartment assembly, made from heavy gauge cold rolled steel sheets, completes with covering of separation table. The support base consists of a steel fabrication, flywheel, two support beams and guide rollers. The drive shaft running on two strong bearings carries the heavy fly wheel. Two beams that move around the centre of the drive base carry special support. Guide rollers ensure the precise guidance of the table separator movement.

Mini rice cleaner primarily consists of blower and screens for the effective separation of paddy and other grains to remove dust, stones and straws. An inbuilt blower along with air control regulator separate light impurities from the machine inlet. Scalping screen serves to separate the coarse impurities.

For premium or export quality rice, silky polisher is employed to brush off remaining bran dust and to create a characteristic gloss on the milled rice. In this equipment, controlled amount of water mist is injected resulting in highly polished grain. Silky polishing improves the storability of milled rice because of the complete removal of the bran.

Rice cleaners are designed to clean grains and are used in gran markets globally. This equipment utilizes rotary drum, powerful blower and screens for the effective separation of paddy and other grains to make them free of dust, stones and straws. This design feeds the paddy uniformly to the 3-screen setup removing the impurities ranging from coarse to fine. An inbuilt blower, along with two air control regulators separate lighter impurities from the machine inlet/outlet.

Our rice cone polisher consists of an iron cylinder fitted with ready made silicon carbide abrasive cones. The cone fixed on a vertical shaft rotates either clockwise or anticlockwise. Wire screen comprising a mesh dependent on the variety of the paddy to be hulled, is fixed around the entire cone. At regular intervals the wire screen is divided into segments by adjustable rubber brakes. The polishing is achieved due to friction developed between silicon carbide wheels and vertical rubber breaks.

Centrifugal Blower is applied in removing air, dust, chaff and gases and are often used in ventilation systems of buildings. This equipment also has a major presence in central heating/cooling and air pollution control systems at industrial level. It has a fan wheel composed of a number of fan bladesor ribs mounted around a hub that turns on a driveshaft passing through the fan housing. The gas enters from the side of the fan wheel, turns 90 degrees and accelerates due to centrifugal force as it flows over the fan blades and exit the fan housing.

Sizer machine is ideal for separating large size impurities such as stone, mud, straw particles, maize, string, paper, pieces of wood, leaves and cobs. Parboiling process involve wetting, heating, steaming and drying of paddy, result in boosting the nutritional profile and change in the texture of the rice.

The design involve a double steaming process i.e. performed as described below:

Paddy has filled in the small tank on top followed by steaming

Cold water is filled in the big tank followed by soaking for 3-5 hours and water is discharge

Second Steaming in the small tank in the bottom

Finally discharge of Paddy to the dryer accessed at 120/100 for 8 hours

Vertical Rice Whitener is widely used in polishing of rice. The whitening effect is carried out by vertically maintained abrasive rolls in an adjustable screen chamber with polishing primarily controlled by a screen holding mechanism. Pneumatic de-husker is designed to remove husk from paddy. The design has two inbuilt rubber rollers that rotate in opposite directions and the built in pressure is controlled through a pneumatic component. As the paddy is fed to the hopper, the underlying sensor activates the feed shutter that directs the paddy to the rubber rollers via the inclined feed shutter. The movable arm immediately adjusts itself closer to the fixed rubber roller that results in the shelling of paddy.
