Wrist Action Shaker is a rugged construction, heavy base, rated for continuous use. The shaking speed action is variable. The degree of agitation, gentle to violent, is controlled by speed regulator. The Erlen Meyer flasks from 100 to 1000 mL capacity can be shaken at one time even without balancing. The full torque is always applied to oscillating mechanism irrespective of speed setting. It is fitted with fraction H.P. motor, cord and plug to work on 220 Volts, Single Phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.

Product Overview:

• Our chemical fume hoods are conceptualized and designed to provide a work area which is free from all the potentially hazardous fumes or chemical effluents that may be emitted during the course of a given experiment or procedure in a laboratory.
• Our fume hoods capture the fumes released during an experiment by drawing fresh air from the environment, past the user into the unit. This way the
• concentration of the chemical fumes/effluents are kept at the minimum possible
• levels in and around the breathing zone of the user. The vector of the air in the
• fume hood points to the inward direction and perpendicular to the face of the user.
• The velocity of the air is controlled at approximately 80 feet per minute, so as to
• control the particle kinetics of various aerosols and diffused gases.

Construction Details:

• Our fume hoods are developed to be used as semi closed ventilated enclosures so as to protect the user from harmful and toxic fumes and vapors and to eliminate the possibility of accidental fire, which may be resulted due to the emission of inflammable gases during the course of a given experiment.
• Hence the material of construction of all our fume hoods are carefully chosen S.S-316 grade/ M.S duly Powder Coated. The work table is made of heavy gauges SS-316. Our entire fume hoods are provided with sliding sash made out of special grade shatter proof temper glass duly framed in aluminum frame with sliding motion and counter weight balanced mechanism.
• Our units ensure minimum illumination level of approx 800 lux on the work table.
• The unit is equipped very diligent heavy duty exhaust system, comprising of dynamically balanced centrifugal impeller with high speed motor of approx 1440 RPM (Heavy Duty 1/4 H.P A.C Motor/ 1/2 H.P A.C Motor/ 1 H.P A.C Motor/ 1.5 H.P A.C Motor ).

Our Eco Friendly BOD Incubator is made by using best quality material. BOD Incubator (Eco Friendly is specially designed for incubation of Biochemical Oxygen demand on water and sewage; this can be used as environmental study and growth chamber by incorporating lighting and humidification system. Triple walled inside anodized Aluminum/Steel outside mild steel fitted with air circulating fans. Full view inner glass door with magnetic gasket allows inspection of samples without disturbing the temperature of cabinet. Range 5^oC to 60^oC with an accuracy of ± 0.5^oC by Solid State Digital Temperature Indicator cum controller, Refrigeration is done by ISI marked Compressor/Condensing Units CFC free & R-134 an eco friendly refrigerant and heating by air Heaters. BOD Incubator (Memmert Type) that we offer is well designed by our experts. Our BOD Incubator (Memmert Type) is very safe to use and it needs low cost maintenance. Double walled inside made of thick Aluminum/ S.S. and outer made of M.S. duly finished with Powder Coating. It has thermostatically controlled. Temp. 5^oC above room temp to 90^oC Accuracy ± 1^oC. Construction Details:

• Our laboratory ovens are Double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our hot air oven is constructed out of stainless-steel sheet of SS-304 grade/ M.S duly powder-coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our laboratory ovens. User oriented design of shelves makes you adjust each space of shelves without difficulty. The unit is provided with one to three/four stainless steel shelves (As per the inner size). Door fitted with heavy duty hinges and door handle ensuring there are no leakages through the door gasket.
• Zexter Fume Hood (Mild Steel)

CO2 incubators (Carbon Di-Oxide Incubators) are double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our incubators is constructed out of thick PCRC sheet duly pre-treated, with primers and rust proofing and elegantly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our CO2 incubators (Carbon Di Oxide Incubators) the unit is provided with two doors, the inner door is made of thick plexi glass/float glass, to view the specimens without disturbing the temperature of the chamber. This door is provided with magnetic door closer. The outer door is made of mild steel sheet lined with stainless steel from inside. This door is provided with lock and key arrangement. The unit is provided with two stainless steel shelves. The triple walled back of our CO2 incubators are provided with two air circulation fans for uniform maintenance of the temperature throughout the chamber.
