Over the years, GGAG has serviced several customers by manufacturing gears in diversified fields such as open cast mining equipment, material handling equipment for lignite mining, and construction and earth moving equipment. (applications include excavators, bulldozers, loaders amongst others)
GGAG produces all kinds of traction motor gears & pinions for ALCO, EMD, ABB & EMU/DMU, maintaining all gear accuracy requirements and grain flows.
Typically, we supply railway traction gears in the range of 12-14 Module, but our manufacturing facility is equipped to manufacture much smaller as well as larger gears, according to customer specifications.
GAG caters to a number of industries by providing assembled gearboxes, such as steel mills (cold and hot rolling & wire drawing), cement mills, material handling equipment, sugar mills, wind turbines and locomotives.
GGAGs industrial gears have a variety of end users such as sugar mills, cement mills, material handling equipment and windmill turbines amongst others. We specialize in manufacturing the following types of gears:
Components range from 10-80 kg in weight. Our facility is equipped to handle carbon steel, low alloy as well as high alloy steel and stainless steel.
