Polyester Bundled yarns or Multiply yarns as they are also known as, are used for a variety of effects in the Area Rugs like 3D effects in the designs, photo like similarity, Persian fine knot design effects, etc.Currently, we have more than 15 different types of specialty multiply yarns to make different types of rugs in the same loom. Some of our qualities which have become well known are Matrix, Shadow, Shape, Kesar, Jurassic, Gloria, Anaconda, Flag, etc.

Nylon6 BCF Yarn is available in raw white or ecru color for the purpose of making dyed and printed broadloom carpets. This is generally available in 1000 Dtex or 1100 Dtex and made into cheap loop pile printed carpets.

PP Bcf yarn can be single twisted into 110 to 120 tpm twist levels and then heat-set to give a pinpoint pile yarn which not only gives higher definition of the designs but the appearance of the rug lasts longer due to the twisted pile yarn standing up better and longer compared to normal bcf yarn.

Two or more plies of PP BCF yarn can be cable twisted together and then straight heat-set into a tough yarn which last longer and gives a plush, cut-pile carpet in broadloom or a tough strong rug which lasts longer and gives more definition of the design.

Cable twisted two-ply or single ply twisted yarns are heat-set with Frise mechanism to give Frise yarn which is used to make tufted broadloom carpets or even carpet tiles of cut-pile look. Such cut pile carpets show textured look from some piles standing as cut while others curling up and standing as loop. The big advantage of such textured look is that it does not show marks of shoe or feet.

PP BCF Yarn is also used for making weather strips for window sills. The need is of very good bulk and can also be siliconized for water-proofing. It is mostly in 1200 denier to 1800 denier range and in black, grey, white, brown and beige colors. Our PP BCF yarn has proven to be a very good yarn for this application and well accepted in the market.

We have developed excellent quality Polyester DTY for making Velvet Prayer Mats. The product is 450 denier /192f or 450 denier /216f Polyester DTY HIM Bright Tri-lobal Dope Dyed Yarn in more than 50 colors.

The dope dyed colors give streak-free plain color Prayer mats in beautiful colors and the feel is velvet like.

Normal air entangled PP BCF yarn in different single/solid colors are used in different deniers for making area rugs of beautiful designs. Denier could be anywhere from 2200 to 2600 for 43 to 50 shots qualities.

Air entangled PP BCF yarns in tri-color combinations are used mostly for broadloom tufted carpets in loop pile configuration for making cheap tufted residential carpets and sometimes for carpet tiles also
