We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying high quality Tanker Hose. Our Tanker Hoses are prepared from appropriate rubber compound that is highly resistant to petroleum products. These Tanker Hoses are reinforced with woven textile and GS wires (conforming to IS 270/78) embedded between the fabric plies. Tanker Hoses exhibit extreme resistance to abrasion, weather and petroleum products owing to the cover made of high quality corrugated chloroprene rubber.

Applications : Used for loading and off-loading tanker vehicles that carry petroleum products with around 25% aromatic hydrocarbons. Construction

• Lining : Uniform lining of suitable rubber compound highly resistant to petroleum products. The lining is seamless upto 75mm nb
• Reinforcement : Woven textile, whichis well rubberised from both sides with a suitable rubber compound and a helical gs wire (is 280-78) embedded between the fabric plies
• Electrical Bonding : A copper wire comprising a number of strands is incorporated between the reinforcement plies to provide electrical continuity along the whole length of the hose
• Cover : Smooth or corrugated high grade chloroprene rubber compound for an excellent resistant to weather, abrasion and petroleum products
• End connections : Soft ends or the hoses can be supplied with built-in nipple/flanges on request

Our Lubrication Hoses are prepared form a seamless tube of appropriate synthetic rubber compound that is resistant to oil and low aromatic solvents. Our Molded Lubrication Hoses are available in continuous length and are reinforced with braided textile of natural or synthetic fiber. These Lubrication Hoses find a variety of industrial applications owing to their desirable attributes.
