Textile Braided Hose manufactured by us consists of a tube that is prepared from a synthetic rubber resistant to black oil. Textile Braided Hose is reinforced with two textile braids and is well suited to low pressure applications. These Textile Braided Hoses can operate in the temperature range from -40 ^oC to +93 ^oC.

Wire Braided Hose manufactured by us consists of a tube that is prepared from a synthetic rubber resistant to black oil. Wire Braided Hose is reinforced with one wire braid and is capable of operating in the temperature range from -40 ^oC to +100 ^oC. We also supply Wire Braided Hoses in different specifications as per customers demands.

We are engaged in the manufacturing and supplying of uniformly thick Cement Grouting Hoses. Our Cement Grouting Hoses are made from a soft rubber compound that is extremely resistant to abrasion. These Cement Grouting Hoses are reinforced with woven, braided or spirally wrapped textile material made up of synthetic or natural fibers. We offer Cement Grouting Hose in different dimensions that can be up to 18.5 meters in length.

Construction

• Lining : Uniform thickness and extra thick lining of highly abrasion resistant soft rubber compound
• Reinforcement : Woven, braided or spirally wrapped textile material of natural or synthetic fibres
• Cover : Cloth-marked finish natural rubber compound resistant to abrasion and weather
• Electrical bonding : Copper wire comprising a number of strands is incorporated between the reinforcement plies to provide electrical continuity along the whole length of the hose
