3 Pass Liquid Phase Thermic Fluid Heater

Our range of 3 Pass Liquid Phase Thermic Fluid Heater offers excellent substitution against steam or electricity in process heating application since these heaters use Thermic Fluids for heat transfer instead of pressurized hot water or steam. Our 3 Pass Liquid Phase Thermic Fluid Heater has a simple closed circuit system where temperatures upto 300 Degree C can be obtained with an accuracy of + 1% at a low working pressure of 2.5kg/cm (approx). These heaters are designed on the coil type once through, forced circulation principle to use heat transfer fluids without risk of chemical degradation. We supply these heaters in assembled and ready to install conditions. Only the chimney, fuel and Thermic Fluids Pipelines have to be connected. Construction and Design :
  • Internal combustion chamber is used to accommodate concentric helical tube machine wound coil, (fabricated out of ERW Boiler tube as per BS 3059)
  • Coil is placed in a double shell of mild steel construction
  • Design helps in economizing the space simultaneously ensuring optimum rate of heat release
  • Rapid start up and maintenance flexibility due to elimination of extensive use of refractory
Combustion :
  • Fuel Automising pressure-jet burner fitted with fuel oil nozzle from "MONARCH"(USA) is placed vertically downward for combustion
  • Dynamically balanced blower fan pushes the combustion air through the annular space between the inner and outer shell, where air is pre-heated for efficient combustion and higher efficiency.
  • The air acts as an effective thermal insulator eliminating the need for conventional insulation
  • Near the tip of burner, air is swirled through a stainless steel diffuser plate and mixes with automized fuels which achieve total combustion the furnace.
Fuel and Burner System :
  • The oil goes to fuel filter then in to a fuel pump from fuel oil tank
  • Through the fuel pump it is passed into an electrically heated oil pre-heating tank (this is in case of L.D.O) And then forced to burner
  • Equipped with pressure-jet burner which is highly compact, rugged and has simple design
  • Fully automatic in operation and switches ON and OFF as per the process heat requirements.

Hot Air Heater

We offer a range of Hot Air Heater which is compact, sturdy, noiseless and fully automatic so that even an apprentice can operate it. Our Hot Air Heater operates automatically on pre set temperature. All the components in our Hot Air Heater come from reputed Indian and International companies and are of premium quality. Our Hot Air Heater range is highly efficient and easy to maintain. Construction :
  • High Temperature Heater : The casing (which consist of insulation), the combustion chamber is fabricated out of stainless steel smoke tube/membrane, a flute gas outlet, fuel all burner and ventilation blower.
  • Low Temperature Heater : Main constituents of the low temperature heater are the same as above except that the material of construction is carbon steel. The casing is fabricated out of heavy gauge steel sheets and is double jacketed to provide efficient air insulation. The ventilation blower fan fitted at the bottom of the unit blows air upwards over the combustion chamber and the nest of smoke tubes/partition. The air from the plenum chamber, at the top of the unit, is ducted away to the required places. Air is sucked through lowered panels at the bottom. A flame viewing door with glass is provided on the opposite side of burner. The dust proof pre wired electrical control panel box on the Hot Air Heater.
  • Oil Burner & Electricals : The oil burner is a horizontal firing, pressure atomizing, forced draught type with direct electric spark ignition. The fuel oil pump with combustion blower is mounted on the burner casing on the front side of the unit. A unit all filter is mounted at a convenient position near the pump and is connected to the oil inlet part of the pump.
