GEI entered into the business of supplying Air Cooled Exchanger for the Petroleum Refinery Services in the year 1993 through enlistment with Engineers India Limited, EIL, India’s leading engineering consultants for the Oil and Gas Projects. Since then GEI has supplied Air Cooled Heat Exchangers for critical sweet and sour services in the petroleum refinery, petrochemical plants and other hydrocarbon process plants.

We are offering air cooled vacuum steam condenser. Air cooled vacuum steam condenser were first introduced by gei in the year 2002 when the awareness of water conservation for the power plants started in india. Today gei is the market leader an air cooled vacuum steam condenser having reference of 115 units totaling to combine plant capacity of about 3500 mw.

we are offering Gas Coolers. Subsequently GEI supplied more than 40 nos. of composite multi stage gas and water coolers for engines driven compressor package for CNG filling station in the city of Mumbai and New Delhi. GEI exported 28 units of high pressure natural gas coolers for Weather ford, Spain through Gas Services International, Dubai with PED certification and CE marking.

We are offering cooling modules. Gei started supplying cooling modules and air cooled radiators since 1985. Beginning with air cooled oil coolers also known as unit coolers or ofaf coolers for power transformers, gei ventured into large air cooled water coolers for gas turbines in the year 1989 and later on introduced radiator for gasdiesel engines in the year 1992.

GEI started supplying water cooled compressor coolers since 1996 for application as Intercoolers, Base loads Aftercoolers, Nitrogen coolers, Booster air coolers , Feed compressor aftercooler for Air separation plants in the Steel & Fertilizer Industry.

Design Features- * Forced draft top mounted axial flow fan pushing air from top to bottom. * Design validation done with CFD analysis for cold air re-circulation. * Dew point, film condensation and freezing of water droplets considered in the design while estimating heat transfer rate and fan static pressure. Ambient air heaters for phase II at the same location was also supplied by GEI in 2006.
