We are specialised in electro brightening and dip dyeing of small components viz. Heat sinks, electrical components, decorative items etc., in various colours. We have mastered in the field of anodising over two decades with R&D and continuous improvements and periodic adoption of new techniques / technologies and augmentation of machinery, with our commitment to customer satisfaction, reliability, excellence in quality innovation, cost effectiveness and timely delivery. Our production team comprises of well trained and experienced executives and staff with vast experience in the field of anodising. We are equipped with conveyorised flat polishing machine to achieve good finish as per customer needs. We are equipped with state-of-the-art Swedish make modular rectifier with PLC control and auto ramping system comprising of four advanced anodising units with a capacity of 24V≈8000 Amps, 24V≈6000 Amps, 24V≈4000 Amps and 24V≈2000 Amps respectively. With this we have been achieving 36,000 sqft of anodising per day on three shift basis. We have 200 ton capacity advanced chilling unit comprising of Titanium chillers to cool and control anodising bath temperature with minimum amount of time. We have four anodising baths comprising of tank length 24 ft, 22 ft, 18 ft and 10 ft respectively equipped with semi-automatic conveyor system. We have a separate electro colouring tank of 24 ft equipped with semi-automatic conveyor system. All anodised and electro coloured items are sealed with good sealants. Sealing is carried out by unique process with a combination of cold and hot sealing process. We have an installed power capacity of 1000 KVA to meet the present and future power requirements of our company and we do also have a 250 KVA DG set for power backup to ensure uninterrupted power supply. We also environmental concern, and are equipped with in-house effluent treatment plant. We follow environmental norms and regulations. Our Metrology department is well equipped with state-of-the-art chemical laboratory and testing facilities, for checking anodising bath, etching bath, sealing bath concentrations and to check anodising coating thickness "FISCHER" make portable anodising coating thickness checking instruments are used.
