Air Cooled Water Chiller

Our air-cooled chillers can reduce your total cost of ownership because they are engineering for lower life cycle costs and reliability through design simplicity. Air-cooled chillers are refrigeration systems used in both commercial and industrial facilities to cool fluids and/or dehumidify air. They are used in a wide variety of settings including hotels, corporate events, restaurants, sporting events, large-scale construction, industrial and manufacturing plants, and so forth. Our portable air-cooled chillers are great for one-time events or permanent infrastructure. They are compact and highly efficient, as well as easy to install and remove. This makes them ideal for supplemental, temporary or emergency applications.
While its often assumed that water-cooled chillers are more efficient than air-cooled chillers, this is only true if you look exclusively at compressor costs. If you take a closer look at the variable speed control and centrifugal compressors, air-cooled chillers may make a better choice.
Water cooled and air cooled chillers work in a rather similar manner. They both have an evaporator, compressor, condenser and an expansion valve. The main difference is that one uses air to fuel condenser cooling and the other uses water. Our air-cooled chillers are the right choice for tight temperature control in virtually any application.

Air cooled chillers do not require a cooling tower or a condenser water pump.

A refrigeration system can be designed utilizing Centrifugal, Screw or Scroll compressors based on project profile and design points. Water Chiller

Baruch offer a variety of water cooled chillers that suit a wide range of industries. Water cooled chillers absorb heat from process water and transfer it to a separate water source such as a cooling tower, river, pond, etc. Industrial water chillers are generally used for large capacity applications, where the heat generated by air cooled chillers creates a problem. They are also considered when a cooling tower is already in place, or where the customer requires optimum efficiency of power consumption. Water cooled chillers require condenser water treatment to eliminate mineral buildup. Mineral deposits create poor heat transfer situations that reduce the efficiency of the unit.

Baruch offer screw chiller with various refrigerant R-407c, R-410a and R- 134a which functions well in applications such as the cooling of production process lines in manufacturing plants, as well as in conditioning of commercial spaces. Baruch offer Bulk Milk Chillers, which are ideal for the improvement of milk quality. These milk coolers are widely used in milk collection centers, big dairies, village cooperatives / milk cooperatives, and agriculture industry for the storage of milk. Our milk coolers are compact, robust and easy to clean and can also be installed indoor as well as outdoor. Bulk Milk Chillers, direct expansion type, range 300 liters to 5000 liters. These Bulk Milk Coolers are for installing at village Dairy Cooperative Society which collects the milk every day in the morning and evening from milk producers. The Milk collected shall be stored in the bulk milk cooler and cooled from the ambient Temperature to 4 degree centigrade within 3 hours.
