Cnc Vertical Lathe

CNC Vertical Lathe As the name implies this CNC Vertical Lathe is a multi axis CNC Lathe exclusively designed to achieve high productivity.
Quattro Turn CNC Vertical Lathe is fitted with two turrets which can be simultaneously operated for machining shafts and other chucking parts. While 1st tool does the roughing operation, the other tool can follow the roughing tool for finishing operation. Similarly threading/ grooving at two different place can be done simultaneously using these two turrets. 
Quattro Turn CNC machine is rigid in construction having concrete filled column, heavy duty LM-Guides to minimise vibration and machine components using high cutting parameters. The machine is fitted with a programmable tail stock moving on the LM-Guides and actuated by a separate servo motor. This arrangement enables to machine shafts having high L/D ratio without much difficulty. 
Using a gripper on one of the turret, facing, center hole drilling, OD-Turning can be done in a single setting to attain high degree of accuracy on shafts machined. 
The spindle can be mounted with 3-jaw power chuck or HEINBUCH collet attachment depending upto the application requirement.
The foot print of the machine is small requiring minimum floor space, but using for machining shafts upto 500mm. 
A range of components in the field of automobile, motor/pump industry, aerospace, automobile etc., can be machined with low cycle time in comparison to machining of parts using conventional CNC lathe machines.

These center lathes are offered with a multi step gear box or infinitely variable speed mechanism with invertor drive. These Centerconentional lathes are designed and constructed to ensure high safety to the operators. The centerconventional latheis fitted with rear splash guard, chuck guard, coolant splash guard, and lead screw protection guard which are offered as standard accessory. Thisconventional lathemachine is rigid in construction and the main spindle is mounted on high accuracy bearings to machine precise components with high surface finish. To ensure repeated accuracy over a long period, the contact area of the saddle with bed is provided with a anti friction coating to minimize wear and tear. The cross feed and longitudinal screw rod threads are profile ground for smooth rotation and fine machining. A centralized lubrication pump delivers oil to all the sliding surfaces to retain the accuracy of the machine over a long period.
