G3 Geocell Adjustable Series is designed to provide more flexibility insection size than regular GeoGrid Section and cell size will change aseach section is expanded to the required dimension.Section length can be increased or decreased by adding or subtracting cells at no additional charge.
G 3 450G3 Standard section are manufactured from 58 strips of HDPE, resulting in a section length of 29 cells and 10 cells wide. Each strip is the appropriate width and 142 inches (3.6 m) in length. Weld spacing is 18 in .12 in (450 3 mm). Cell density is 22 cells per meter squared. Cell walls are smooth and if perforations are required approximately 11% 1: 2% of the cell wall is removed.
G 3 650G3 Standard section are manufactured from 58 strips of HDPE, resulting in a section length of 29 cells and 10 cells wide.Each strip is the appropriate width and 142 inches (3.6m) in length. Geogrid is a grid like geosynthetics product manufactured from p.p / polyester polymers coated with PVC.
Geogrid is flexible and offers superior tensile reinforcement. The geogrid consists of polyester yarns with a protective polymer coating, either PVC or Epoxy. It is available as a uni-axial and bi-axial geogrid and can be supplied in diverse mesh sizes.
The standard strength is between 40kN/m and 200kN/m. However, for special application we are able to produce strength over 800kN/m and the single junction strength over 700kgf. As for the dimension, the normal width is 3.9m or 4m and roll length is 50m or 100m.
Geogrid is a very cost-effective product comparing to the traditional RC structure. The main application for Geogrid are reinforced retaining walls, slope stabilization, sediment control, reinforcement and embankment.
