Descriptions : We provide Manual (Series GBM) battery chargers that are being widely appreciated by all our valuable clients in the domestic market. These chargers are widely used in electric rickshaws. Our in-house technicians test every battery that we carry stringently on various parameters before being supplied to the clients.

We provide the following range of batteries under our Manual product offerings :

• Manual GBM Batteries (Series GBM 410)
• These chargers have a nominal voltage of 48 Volts and are suitable for battery capacities of upto 120 AH. These chargerss have boost charging capacity of around 10-12 A and a float current of 5-6A.

Manual GBM Batteries (Series GBM 415) :

• These chargers have a nominal voltage of 48V. These chargers have a boost charging current of 15-18 A and a float currentof 7-9 A.
• Manual GBM Batteries (Series GBM 420): These chargers have nominal voltage of 48V and are suitable for batteries of capacities of upto 200 AH. these chargers have boost charging current of 20-24 A and float current of 10-12A.

However, if the battery has gone in deep discharge it will require longer period for full charging.

Model GBT410/415/420 are Thyrister based chargers which have max rate of charging of 10A/15A/20A resp.Thus these become the fastest chargers available in the country for E rickshaw. These chargers can fully boost charge the batteries in winter season unlike SMPS chargers which require periodically boost charge from manual chargers. These are fully protected against short cct, overcharging and reverse battery connections.

The charger is housed in a compact and sturdy sheet metal cabinet having long lasting powder coated paint.

Now introducing Model GBS 404/408 chargers suitable for scooty. These chargers are also very compact and are fully protected against overcharging and reverse battery connections. These chargers have a unique charge indicator that will flash when the battery is fully charged.
