CNC Department – AMADA Turret Punch EM 2510 NT - It is 20 Ton with 45 Stations along with 4 auto index stations. Vipros 358 King II - It is 30 Ton with 58 Stations along with 4 auto index stations. At a time we can process 1250 X 2500 mm. Process of Sheet steel fabrication includes manufacturing process of sheet steel parts right from their design to finished assemblies. The above process encompasses three essential areas. Design & Development, Production and Fabrication.  We have State of the art machinery, High capacity jigs & tools and Skilled work force to produce best results in each of these areas.  Design & Development :   Advance design/software tools are used to create 3D model of product as required by the customer. These are then unfolded with software to get developed drawings of products. Use of such software tool enables us to develop components with minimal wastages and faster speed. In turn we can supply products faster and economical.  Production :   We have state of the art cutting & shearing machines which can cut parts with extremely low tolerance levels. Electrostatic powder coating process is a method of applying electrically-charged powder coating materials to grounded parts.  Four basic pieces of equipment commonly comprise an electrostatic powder spray coating system. They are the powder feeder, power unit, electrostatic gun, and powder booth recovery system. Powder is supplied to the spray gun from a feeder unit where the powder is diffused by compressed air into a fluid-like state. The fluidized powder is then siphon out by movement of high velocity air flowing through a venturi. It is propelled through the powder feed tubing to the spray gun. The powder feeder provides a controlled flow of powder to the guns. Independent control of powder and air volume allows adjustable dilution ratios so desired thickness coverage can be attained on a variety of products.  Pre Treatment Seven tank cleaning is a chemical process. Oils and greases are removed in weak alkali or neutral detergent solutions and the surface is etched to remove heavy oxides. Pre treatment ensures the rust free surface to improve quality and better paint adhesion  We have modern facilities of pretreatment of metal component for removing rust & other oxides for surface preparation. This is another critical area for Sheet steel fabricators, as smallest deviation from tolerance limit can cause wastage of entire assembly. We also have the latest welding facilities.  The fabricated assemblies are sent for surface preparation and coating. A sheet steel assembly surface needs to be prepared for coating as there are several not uniformities and impurities that can act as a hindrance for protective coating. In order to ensure a good bonding between the metal and the protective coat, various methods of pretreatment are used depending on the type of material. After preparing the surface, the assemblies are coated by powder coating.  We have latest facilities of seven tank treatment, etc. for surface treatment.
