We offer premium quality Alkaline Immersion Heater. It is Made out of S.S316L,
it is used for heating alkaline solutions, wax, paraffin, solvent vapor cleaning, salt baths, soft metal melting.
Most Alkaline cleaning solutions, detergents and chemicals are normally corrosive to mild steel. Thus, for heating water or alkali solutions, wax, paraffin, fuel oil pre-heating vegetable or mineral oils, picking, quenching and rinsing solution soft metal melting, solvent vapour cleaning, electroplating solution, chromic phosphoric, our alkaline heaters are used.

Applications:- Pharmaceutical.chemical, textile, nuclear and many more industries.

Double walled construction inner chamber made of Mild Steel / St. Steel and exterior G.I. sheets powder coated. With G.I. or S.S. wiremesh shelves

Temperature Range : 50C to 250C

These bath are combination of high heat transfer with excellent in heat capacity & uniformity of behavior.
Double walled in construction with inner of heavy gauge S.S. & exterior of G.I. sheet finished in epoxy powder coated shade.
Available in construction with inner & exterior with heavy gauge S.S. matt finished in GMP model.
High grade glasswool insulation in between the walls to minimize the heat loss.
Heating is by immersion heaters.
Temperature controlled by Energy Regulator Control or Electronic Digital Temperature Controller cum indicator.
Temperature Range : 50C to 300C.
Working on 230 volts, single phase, 50 Hz.
