Pipe Hydro Tester

We are a distinguished Manufacturer and Supplier of Pipe Hydro Tester. These Pipe Hydro Testers use single operation pipe feeding, clamping & ejection. It also offers pipe alignment and & internal flushing with spiral roller for pipe travel. Same roller is used for weld seam positioning. Our Pipe Hydro Tester features stationery test head assembly with head adapter, water inlet and high pressure water connection. Complete assembly is mounted on to test bed structure. It has a movable test head assembly similar to stationery head assembly but fitted with high pressure exhaust valve for air escape during water filling cycle & break pressure after pressure test. Moreover, our Pipe Hydro Tester features hydraulic locking pin to hold the head assembly in position during pressure testing. Interchangeable test heads to suit pipe size are also provided with this tester.
