We deal in forged and machined auto parts, high tensile nut- bolts for sugar mills, gland flanges, eye bolts for forged valves, small forging parts upto 500 grams in weight, parallel / gib headed keys mostly used in sugar/cement plants upto 90mm width and 45mm in height, conveyor spares, our reputed customers : tata motors – pune / jamshedpur from last 30 years, force motors, pune, amtek auto, pune, various sugar factories in maharashtra, conveyor manufacturers, atlas gears ltd, belgaum, kulkarni power tools, jaysingpur. Defense vehicle factory, jabalpur. We are the first industry in india having developed woodruff key as an import substitute according to isi specifications, previously (upto 1971) telco was importing woodruff keys as per din specifications. We gave guaranty to joint secretary, ministry of heavy industries, and new delhi to meet the telco’s requirements of woodruff keys in 1974 & accordingly telco stopped importing of woodruff keys, committee member of i.s.i.: we are committee member of bureau of indian standards for transmission device sectional committee edc-44(i.e.lm-10) recently named as bp-30 of composition of keys and keyways and since last 25 years we are as an active member modification in is-2294:as per our comments, the committee agreed to modify the specifications of keys in is-2294 and it is modified, machining and testing facilities: forging hammers – capacity of product upto 500 gms, heat treatment facility, 40 tone press, in-house die designing and development, automatic lathes, self tapping machines, surface and cylindrical grinders, milling machines, drilling machines, shaping machine up to 24” stroke length, hardness testing machine iso certification: we are in process to achieve iso: 9001 certification.
