We bring forth Automatic Pedestal Column, which is a fully automated machine used in the packaging industry. The Automatic Pedestal Columns come with Bag in feed Device along with Bag Closing Machine supporting the column. Backed by the expertise of proficient designers and engineers, our Automatic Pedestal Column offers trouble-free performance for a long time. It is used for effective and creative closure of the filled bags. Working Mechanism :The Automatic Pedestal Column offers plain sewn closures for filled bags made from woven cotton or paper. The bag/sack to be closed is placed on the machine and two V-Belts are used to smooth its upper edges. The belts then transfer the bag over to the sewing machine where they are effectively sealed. The in-feed speed standard of the conveyor is 10m/min. We request the clients to provide the conveyor speed specifications while placing their orders, so that we can customize the machine accordingly.
