• Free-Pressure lead edge feeder can prevent the surface of the cardboard from damaging by leader.

FRIENDS Automatic Die Cutting Machine is the main equipment for paper, carton, trademarks and all kinds of paper packing products die cutting.

Our machines equip with high precision intermittent structure, pneumatic plate-lock, air clutch and overload protection to ensure the high speed and high running steady of machines. And in order to make fulfi ll working effi ciency of our machines, we also add the pre code paper part, twice paper feeding structure, variable speed paper feeding structure, auto paper collecting structure, pneumatic sampling structure, auto timing oil lubricating and the forced air cooling for main drive lubricating devices to this machine.

All our electrics and driven parts are international famous brands (SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER) so that we can ensure the high die cutting precision and steady when machines running. The PLC and electronic monitor control the system, which makes the problems adjusted and solved more easily. The electrical box is cooled by air convection device to protect the electric components running steady under the controlled temperature.

Attachment of hot foil unit is available with multiple Foil Rollers options (Single Pull / Double Pull / Triple Pull / Four Pull)

Heating Plate

• Multiple Chambers heating plate having separate compartments with separate circuit on control panel to operate any or all the compartment at the same time. It plays key role in minimising wastage of electricity.
• Aluminum Plate is affixed on the Heating plate to provide best quality foil Impression.
• Heating plate is fitted with digitally displaced machine with thermostatically heaters.

Re-winder Unit : Re winder units are separate for each foils.

Jumpers : Jumpers are designed with advanced technology to minimize wastage of foils.
