Frick India Microtech System have been designed as per customer's stringent requirement for efficiency and energy saving. It incorporates a front line PLC based centralized qutomation system.

Frick Energy Saving Control (FESC) system can also be incorporated. Remote monitoring at the one facility is also available for complete after sales services.

Frick India Manufactures pressure vessels for various applications. The company has in-house facilities to design, manufacture and fabricates pressure vessels of any capacity suitable meeting the National Standards and CEMA and ASME section-8. Capacities of these Heat Exchanger exceed 600 TR on a single piece.

The Company also manufactures Heat Recovery systems including condensers coils and specialized condensers like Chlorine Condensers, Co2 Liquefiers, Compressor air chillers and other process industry equipments.

A pioneer in design, manufacture, installation and servicing of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems and equipment, Frick India has achieved ASME - "U" Stamping certification for Pressure Vessels.

Frick India offers Evaporative condensers to reject heat from mechanical refrigeration system. The Evaporative condenser is a combination of a water cooled condenser and an air-cooled condenser. Condensing coils are constructed using heavy Stainless Steel pipes to provide maximum efficiency.

The condensers use heavy duty variable blade axial flow fans directly driven by motors with IP55 protection. Water pan section with fiber glass coated sheet is available for extra long durability. We also offer stainless sheet casing using stainless steel bolts.

Frick India can offer Evaporative condensers ranging from 30 TR to 380 TR. We can also offer hot dip galvanized coils with GI casing.

Frick India offers double contact horizontal plate freezes for quick freezing of food products. These custom built plate freezers are available with stainless steel flexible hoses in stainless steel braiding. The surface material of the cabinet is of stainless steel of grade SA 316.

We provide aluminum alloy freezing plates that can freezer products in 60 to 90 minutes, depending upon the type, condition and thickness of the product. Freezing Capacity 420 kg/run to 1350 kg/run. We can also offer custom built plate freezers as per demand.

Frick India has been providing refrigeration solution to almost all the vital industries, related to Food and Agriculture, Dairy Production, Meat, fisheries and Livestock, Beverages and Breweries, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry etc.

Our production facility includes modern hi-tech CNC machines to ensure manufacturing quality in every finished product. Machines include Horizontal machining centers, vertical milling centers and vertical and horizontal lathes.

Our experienced engineering department is continuously working to up grade machining efficiency.

Assembly of the parts of high speed reciprocating compressors manufactured in the state-of-the-art CNC machines has been done in the modern & up-to-date compressor assembly section in our factory. The Facility includes initial test Run of the compressors on the test bed manufactured in the factory.

Frick India manufactures rotary twin screw compressor blocks in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at our factory. The rotors are from low carbon steel forgings to the exacting tolerance of the latest "N" profile manufactured by renowned company of UK, M/s Holroyd.

We have in-house testing rig at our factory as per ISO 917:1989 (E) standard.

Frick India has state-of-the-art assembly section separately for Screw Compressor Package as well as for 450 XL series reciprocating compressor packages.

Frick India can offer screw package ranging from 90 TR to 415 TR.

In order to ensure the refrigeration plant's electrical requrierment, Frick India can supply state-of-the-art panels for Motor Control Center (MCC).

Frick India Motor Control Center System have been designed as per customer's requirement. Specialized panels for VED control etc. Can Also be Manufactured at our factory.

Frick India Ltd., Now offers "S" Series Frigid Coil having Stainless Steel Tubes & Aluminum Fins manufactured at State-of-the-art new manufacturing facility at Factory. Frick India coils are custom built to handle all type of applications. The company is always upgrading their models to achieve better efficiency and lower costs. We can also offer "S" series stainless steel coils complete with SS casing.
