Fantek has a staff of 30 people which includes Engineers, Draftsmen, Welders, Skilled Fitters, workers, and others. Our company’s strength includes strong fundamental design and execution capabilities with the ability to choose well experienced vendors and staff. 63000 sq ft of space for outdoor fabrication, testing and construction of new workshop facility with an area of 45000 sq ft, the company performs all critical fabrication, machining and highly skilled work inside the shop floor and outsources other non-critical jobs to vendors. In-house facilities range from Overhead Crane, balancing and machining to welding, assembly and testing.

• Centrifugal fans up to a flow rate of 700 m3/s and pressure of 35 kPa
• Single and double stage blowers with a maximum pressure of 80 kPa and flow rate of 100 m3/s.
• Custom and standard Axial fans (single and Double Stage) with flow rates ranging from 1 m3/s to 700 m3/s and pressures ranging from 100 Pa to 10 kPa
• Retrofit of Fans for energy efficiency or improvement in operating parameters.
• Custom Bag Filters and Cyclones with flow rates of up to 250 m3/s and temperatures up to 250 oC.
• Dampers (Isolation and Regulating type) maximum diameter of up to 4m, pressure up to 1 bar and temperatures of up to 1000 oC
• Silencers for Industrial Noise Attenuation in industries

• Computer Simulation (using FEA software ANSYS and CFX) of problems in the Process Industry for improvement in productivity, reduction in maintenance costs and energy efficiency.
• Energy Audit of gas and fluid handling equipment in process plants, suggestion of solutions and Retrofit for improving energy efficiency and productivity.
• Site vibration analysis and balancing for rotating equipment for condition monitoring and solutions to problems in vibration.
• Performance Testing of Cyclones and Bag Filters for identifying problems.
