The actual filtering consists of drying the raw material by evaporation in the cooker (item 6) which has been specifically designed to allow for this. The mix is heated by circulating steam in the gap between the lining and the outside of the autoclave. A rotary shaft inside the autoclave has specially shaped and positioned heated rotors that heat the material during the cooking process and then are used to empty the product when this stage of the process has been completed. The dried product is sent to the filter box (item 7) which has a mesh to allow for the initial separation of fat and cracklings. Any moisture in the raw material that evaporates in the autoclave is sent to the steam condensation system (item 24).

The P130 are manual food mincers for medium volume productions. They are suitable for mincing any type of fresh or semi-frozen (up to -10C) products.

The cover on model AZ300 is manually operated, whereas the cover on models AZ600 and AZ900 is hydraulically operated.
The hydraulic loader is a standard feature on models AZ300, AZ600 and AZ900.
The bowl-tipping mechanism on all models is hydraulic. It operates on standard 200-litre trolleys.
Models AZ300, AZ600 and AZ900 are equipped, as standard, with a timer enabling the operator to select the total operating time and the part times of each direction of rotation.

T-Shaped arms.
TBGmachine for cutting frozen blocks of meat or other products at -20oc. The clean cut and size of the pieces obtained from the block make them suitable for subsequent processing in the mincer, thereby reducing the time and effort required by these machines.
The TBG cuts the blocks with a guillotine-type blade operated by an extremely powerful hydraulic system. The standard machine is equipped with 1 horizontal blade and 4 vertical blades, so produces 4-centimetre- thick by 10/12- centimeter-width slices.
The block loading is carry out by an incorporated loader with a loading capacity of 100 kg. The cut product is un-loaded directly onto standard 200-litres trolleys.
The TBG 480 can work with E2 block measures (480x250 mm). It achieves a production of 3000 kg/hour.
The TBG 630 can work with E3 block measures (630x300 mm). in its transverse position. It achieves a production of 7000 kg/hour.
