Insulation Ceramic Fiber Yarn is twisted from ceramic fiber strands, it can be reinforced with metal wire. The temperature of insulation ceramic fiber yarn resistant up to 1050 C. The ceramic fiber yarn is used in producing ceramic fiber tape, rope, cloth, etc.
Ceramic Fiber Yarn is twisted from ceramic fiber strands. It features excellent properties such as lightweight, low thermal conductivity and chemical stability resisting attack from most corrosive agents. High temperature resistant up to 1050 C. Also can be extensively made into all kinds of ceramic fiber textiles and is an excellent substitute for asbestos. Twisted ceramic fiber yarn with inconel or stainless steel is also available.
Carbon fiber contains high strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios. They are thermally and electrically conductive and exhibit excellent fatigue resistance. When properly engineered, carbon fibre cloth can achieve the strength and stiffness of metals at significant weight savings. Carbon fibre cloths are compatible with various resin systems including epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resins. Carbon fibres are inherently high in tensile and flexural strength as well as tensile and flexural modulus. They are conductive, inert to most chemicals, light weight, and as such are widely used in the following applications:

Chopped Strand Mats consist of chopped glass fibers bonded together using either an emulsion binder or a polyester powder. The mats are designed to be compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and a variety of other resins. Chopped Strand Mats are used as gel-coat backups and standard laminate reinforcements for most contact molding (hand lay-up) applications, including boats, surfboards, panels, tanks and other diverse applications. Their many excellent product characteristics have been used to provide superior performance in a broad range of end-use markets such as marine, transportation, recreation, construction, consumer and anti-corrosion.
Emulsion Chopped Strand Mat

Emulsion bonded mats are soft with excellent conformability while still maintaining integrity during impregnation. They have quick wet-through and wet-out behavior, good laminate translucency and mechanical properties.Typical end-use applications include automotive and transportation parts, boats, chemical tanks and swimming pools.
Powder Chopped Strand Mat
High surface integrity, dry strength when wet, promoting rapid wet-out in resins
Powder bonded mats have high surface integrity, good dry strength for handling (even when wet) and promote rapid wet-out in resins. They also provide excellent laminate properties including corrosion and blister resistance. Typical end uses include marine, consumer and recreation, construction, corrosion resistant and transportation applications.
Activated Carbon Impregnated Foam provides excellent chemical filtration in aquarium and pond filters alike. This foam is impregnated with carbon, which will absorb chemical impurities out of the water, giving it a 'polish'. Carbon really does improve water clarity! This sheet is large - meaning you can cut several pads to fit your filter - depending on model. Our filter foam is totally aquatic safe, and is not treated with any chemicals, so it is guaranteed to not harm your fish. We have been using this in our tanks for many years with great results.
Flexible GraphiteFoil is made with pure expanded mineral graphite. Our flexible graphite sheet has a high purity of 99% carbon content. Higher carbon content gives the flexible graphite better chemical resistance, better thermal conductivity, and better sealability. As gasket material, it is usually fabricated into Graphite Laminate, reinforced graphite sheet and widely used in fluid sealing applications: flange gasket, spiral wound gasket, heat exchanger gasket, etc. It can also be used as solid lubricant in metal stamping and forming applications, or as heat liner in industry furnaces and other heating devices.
