The double/triple ply neoprene hose is appropriate or suitable for temperature ranging from -50 to +150 Deg. C.
Construction:The 2/3 Ply Neoprene Hoses are made with Neoprene coated Glass Fiber Fabric which has an implanted Steel Wire Helix as well as external Twin Glass Cord. We are competent of manufacturing our hoses ranging from 38 mm to 300 mm in diameter. These are engineered for both Positive and Negative Pressure.
It has its application in the below mentioned areas:Its application ranges from Printing Machines, Aircraft, Aerospace, Car Heating and Hot Dust Extraction, Vehicle & Engine Production. Further it is designed for Hot & Cold Air / Fume application of Positive as well as Negative Pressure.

The 2 Ply Hose is being created from Polyester Fabric which is covered with PVC on each one of the sides with incessant Spring Steel Wire reinforcement helix on the outside periphery of this hose which is further enclosed by PVC extruded wear strip.

The ductings are fabricated from non-porous, reinforced and waterproof material made from nylon polyester fabric that is coated with PVC on both the sides. Tear and tensile strength of the ducting shall be as per user specifications. It can be offered with continuous suspension i coat hanger suspension and single point suspension in length up to 50 mtrs +/- 1o% complete along with hooks for hanging & suitable leak proof couplings. This ducting is used only for forcing blower application. We can also develop light weight blower ducting with wire reinforcement for diverse industrial applications.
