Transparent polyurethane hose is generally made up with continuous copper coated/spring steel wire reinforcement helix between the polyurethane film overlap. The crystal clear glass like form is apt for visual product control. Further it is highly non abrasive and also has good chemical resistant properties. It also has superb tear potency. Further these are strong, sturdy, are light in weight and are fabricated in such a way that it ensures maximum air flow. It is an excellent choice for extensive range of application which includes exhaust, blowing ventilation fume removal, wooden or plastic particles [dust], and extremely abrasive particles.

The offered hose is manufactured with the help of advanced technology using excellent quality High Temperature Flexible Hose spirally  reinforced with  Spring Steel Wire sandwitched between two layers  of  multi layers  made  from  Insulated Fabric  with  continuous  stitching suitable for +650 to 800 Deg.C. in standard lengths of 4 to 10 Mtrs. +/- 2%. Diameter: 101mm to 600mm.
These  Hoses  are  suitable for suction of  Engine  Exhaust  Gas, Air Craft   Construction,   Military Construction,   Blast  Furnace Exhaust and Engine test.

Our Toilet Cart Dump Hose is widely used in aircraft, shipbuilding, railway, aerospace and other industries for air, gas, dust, dirt, fumes and waste removal.
The specifications of the product are mentioned as below:

• It is made from Polyester Fabric which is covered with PVC on each of the side.
• It has continuous Spring Steel Wire reinforcement helix which is also available on the external periphery of hose, which is covered with PVC Extruded Wear Strip.
• The FR quality is also available.

It has a Crush Proof Toilet Dump Cart PU Hose which is generally obtainable on special request.

Pvc hoses are appropriate for 60 to 70 deg.C from 38mm to 1000mm diameter
These hoses have even inside diameter and are well acknowledged for their high potency as well as sturdiness. These are fabricated and engineered for their highest air flow. Mentioned below are the 3 types of pvc hoses:

• Type - PFFH: these elastic pvc hose are made from the process of incessant spring steel wire strengthening helix between polyester fabric covered with pvc on both the sides
• Type - PSRH: these are partially stiff pvc hose which are made with continual spring steel wire reinforcement helix on the external periphery of the hose which is enclosed by pvc / extruded wear strip
• Type - UNPH: the flexible hose made from unsupported pvc film which is either coloured or transparent with continuous spring steel wire reinforcement helix amid the film overlap

Construction:
The 2 Ply Silicone Hoses are made with Silicone coated Glass Fiber Fabric which has an implanted Steel Wire Helix as well as external Twin Glass Cord. We are competent of manufacturing our hoses ranging from 38 mm to 300 mm in diameter. These are engineered for both Positive and Negative Pressure.

The santoprene hose is the most appropriate for 1300c from 38 to 600 mm in diameter.
