There are several benefits of our self cleaning filter including compact structural design, easy to use and operate, low cost for operation & maintenance and many more. Auto Backwash Filters are used in applications where highly viscous material, suspended solid load is high and in slurry based filtration applications.
We manufacture Auto back wash Filter with manual as well as motorized type with Basket, Disc edge, and wedge wire type filter elements. Here when Fluid enters through the filtration surface of filter element, contaminants retained on the element is flushed out of housing through automatic drain in a back wash process. A Controller keeps monitoring the differential pressure across the filter. The backwash cycle starts when the differential pressure reaches at a pre-selected level. Once the backwash process gets completed, the controller resets automatically, and the whole process starts again when differential pressure rise again. A timer Base Automatic backwash filter is also available in which a regular cleaning cycle can be set.

Flair Basket & Pot Filter Product InformationThe flawless functionality of Basket or Pot filter helps in improving the overall service life of valves, pumps and many other flow control equipment and instrumentation. Duplex baskets are designed to clean the filter element easily without any interruption in the process of fluid flow. It is suitable for almost all types of liquids.
Simplex Basket Filter and Duplex Basket Filter are two types of basket filter. These types of baskets are available in fabricated and cast construction. Simplex Basket filters in cast construction are known as Bucket Strainer or Pot Strainer also. Basket Strainer is used to remove foreign materials from pipeline and give protection for valves, pumps, meters and other such equipment. Filters are manufactured up to 48 NB size and filtration down up to 5 microns and above.
