45 degree elbow, also called "45 bends or 45 ells" are typically made as LR (Long Radius) elbows. Available in various sizes (in mm or inches), 45 degree pipe elbow is available with different male to female BSP thread connections. Providing a wide choice of colors, these elbows can be manufactured to meet different specifications, in terms of size and diameter.
The function of a elbow is to change direction or flow in a piping system. By default, there are 5 opportunities, the 45°, 90° and 180° elbows, all three in the "long radius" version, and in addition the 90° and 180° elbows both in the "short radius" version.
Applications :
Weld Neck A Blind Flange is which has no bore, and is used to close ends of piping systems. A blind flange also permits easy access to a line ones it has been sealed. The blind flange is sometimes machined to accept a pipe of the nominal Size to which reduction is being made. The reduction can be either threaded or welded.
This flat face blind flanges are used to blank off pipelines, valves and pumps, it can also be used as an inspection cover. It is sometimes referred to as a blanking flange.

Circular pipe flange which is slipped over the end of a pipe and welded in. We offer high quality steel slip on flanges that are manufactured stringently following latest technology. Precisely engineered, these inconel flanges possess.
The slip-on flange may be attached to the end of a piece of pipe or to one or more ends of a pipefitting. The slip-on flange is positioned so the inserted end of the pipe or fitting is set back or short of the flange face by the thickness of the pipe wall plus 1/8 of an inch. This allows for a fillet weld inside the SO flange equal to the thickness of the pipe without doing any damage to the flange face. The back or outside of the flange is also welded with a fillet weld.
A variation of the Slip-on flange also exists. This is the Slip-on Reducing Flange. This is simply a larger (say a 14") Slip-on flange blank that, instead of the Center (pipe) hole being cut out (or drilled out) for 14" pipe it is cut out for a 6" pipe. The SO Reducing flange is basically used for reducing the line size where space limitations will not allow the length of a weld neck flange and reducer combination. The use of the Slip-on Reducing Flange should only be used where the flow direction is from the smaller size into the larger size.
These are available in all types and pressures and are widely used for pipe-to-pipe connections. The reducing flange includes a flange with one specified diameter having a bore of a different and smaller diameter. Except for the bore and hub dimensions, the reducing flange will have dimensions of the larger pipe size. To increase the size of the flange, these are used at the outlet side of the expansion joint. It is the most economical method to make a transition in size.
Caps is usually used for protecting the end of pipe and other fittings, so the shape is disigned according to the shape of pipe line.we also use caps to cut off the transition and the connection treat can be butt weld, socket weld and thread conection according to use requirements.

This flange is slipped over the pipe and then fillet welded. Slip on flat face flanges are easy to use in fabricated applications.
A Slip-On Flange is bored sightly larger than the outer Diameter of the matching pipe. The pipe slip into the flange prior to welding both inside and outside to prevent leaks. The British standard flanges manufactured by us pertain to all standards like BS10 1962 Table D, E, F, H IS 6392 Table 5, 17, 26 IS 1538 in slip. These are manufactured using mild steel both in slip-on and blind type. Our quality slip on flanges are ideal for lower pressure applications. Their ease of fitting and welding reduces fabrication costs.
We manufacture and export a wide assortment of flanges that are available in all sizes, pressure ratings and in all the common configurations. Our range comprises of weld neck flanges, slip on flanges, blind flanges, lap joint flanges, threaded flanges, din flanges, socket weld flanges and more. Fabricated using best grade raw material, these are known for their dimensional accuracy, high strength and durability. Further, our range comply with various national and international standards.
We manufacture a wide range of Slip-on flanges that is a popular type of pipe flanges. These slide over the end of piping and then welded in place. These flanges are ideal for lower pressure applications and can be easily fitted and welded into different pipes. Welding reduces fabrication costs of these pipes.

Advantages :
We are involved in offering various kinds of Stainless steel union coupling that are offered in several specifications including grades, shapes and sizes. These couplings are widely used in various industrial & commercial sectors and thus can be availed at most affordable rates. However, we offer these Stainless steel union couplings to our clients in various customized packings for the assurance of safe delivery.
We are one of the prominent manufacturers and suppliers of Stainless Steel Coupling in the marketplace. Our Stainless Steel Couplings are fabricated from the best quality raw materials making them highly efficient and long lasting in nature.
Coupling fittings are used for fluid conduits in which each end portion of two tubes to be connected is provided with a swagged-on adapter carrying the necessary means to connect or disconnect the tubes without disturbing the swagged-on adapter. Our range of coupling fittings are available in aluminum, steel and bronze. Fabricated to precision, our range of stainless steel couplings are manufactured using superior grade steel and iron.
Blind Flange is use to closes the end of a pipe. Fabricated using finest quality of stainless steel blind flanges, our range of blind flanges plate type are widely used to close the ends of pipes, valves, pressure vessel openings and other channels where one end needs to be blanked off.
Blind flange is a kind of round plate with no center hole but with all the proper bolt holes. It is used to blank off the ends of piping, valves and pressure vessel opening. From the standpoint of internal pressure and bolt loading, blind flanges, particularly in the larger sizes, are the most highly stressed of all flange types.
The function of a elbow is to change direction or flow in a piping system. By default, there are 5 opportunities, the 45°, 90° and 180° elbows, all three in the "long radius" version, and in addition the 90° and 180° elbows both in the "short radius" version.
Elbows are split into two groups which define the distance over which they change direction; the center line of one end to the opposite face. This is known as the "center to face" distance and is equivalent to the radius through which the elbow is bent.
The center to face distance for a "long" radius elbow, abbreviated LR always is "1½ x Nominal Pipe Size (NPS) (1½D)", while the center to face distance for a "short" radius elbow, abbreviated SR even is to nominal pipe size.
Weld Neck Flanges are drilled(machined) with the wall thickness of the flange having the same dimensions of the matching pipe, the lighter the pipe is, the larger the bore, conversely, the heavier the pipe, the small the bore, they are normally used for highpressure, cold or hot temperature.
This flange is circumferentially welded into the system at its neck which means that the integrity of the butt welded area can be easily examined by radiography. The bores of both pipe and flange match, which reduces turbulence and erosion inside the pipeline. The weld neck is therefore favoured in critical applications.
