The latest model of wax press comes with a high capacity heavy duty hydraulic cylinder mounted on the top and other varied benefits are listed below: easy chest level loadingunloading height eases the work of laborers resulting in enhanced production. chances of mixing hydraulic oil with edible oil is minimal since the hydraulic cylinder is mounted on top any leakage will be easily visible. separate circuit for fast approach is provided and another for continuous high pressure is also provided. in earlier models pressure based tripping at specified pressures resulted in intermittent pressure build-up. This new improved model gives continuous pressure on wax reducing the percentage of oil in wax. for quick opening and closing of plattens gaps a fast approach circuit is provided. improved polyurethane sealing system is provided that can resists high pressure and gives long operational life, lesser down time. the press comes with warranty of one year.
