The FBC fired THERMIC FLUID SYSTEM consist of a Radiative Heat Exchanger Coil / Convective Heat Exchanger Coil / HRU unit / Air pollution equp. With fluidised bed combustion furnace , controlled Fans , TFH Pump.

Where the Thermic Fluid travelled through Pump in to the Convective H.E. and than Radiative H.E. to Final Process.

As we consider the Flue gas path, Flue gas passes from furnace to Radiative H.E. to Convective H.E. than HRU unit to Air pollution eqp. to I.D. Fan and Chimney.

Vibratory feeder is used to transfer the various size materials or granular materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, continuously and periodically in the production flow and to feed materials into the Belt Conveyor or Crusher continuously and uniformly. The vibrating feeder is widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipments in many industries including metallurgy, coal mine, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, grinding, etc.

Transfer the material from ground level to Top Hooper, This system operationally very easy, less maintanence, consume less power but occupy the big length area, specially suitable for granual particle liks, Crush Coal, Sawdust, Husk ect.

Single Rotor, Swing Knittle (Triangular Hammer) Stephens Adamson design for sizing of Coal / Lignite for less than 8mm particle. All hammer and breaking plate to be hardened by hard facing Rod ( Nickle Crome ) which gives better hammer life.

Bucket Elevator take a material from bottom to vertically top on the Hooper, The system occupy very less space and easy to operation.Bucket Elevator design according to partical size and density, for very lighter material like Sawdust, continuous type Bucket Elevator suitable for the same, where heavy material like, Coal / Lignite use a Centrifugal type discharge Bucket Elevator.
