A Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP), or Fire Alarm Control Unit (FACU), is the controlling component of a fire alarm system. The panel receives information from environmental sensors designed to detect changes associated with fire, monitors their operational integrity and provides for automatic control of equipment, & transmission of information necessary to prepare the facility for fire, based on a predetermined sequence. The panel may also supply electrical energy to operate any associated sensor, control, transmitter, or relay.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

A Smoke Detector is a device that senses smoke, typically as an indicator of fire. Commercial & residental security devices issue a signal to a fire alarm control panel as part of a fire alarm system, while household detectors, known as smoke alarms, generally issue a local audible or visual alarm from the detector itself.

Single headed gun metal hydrant valve with flanged inlet, stop valve, spindle and cast iron handle wheel. It has a female instantaneous outlet with blank cap and is hydrostatically tested to 21 kgf/cm2 of perssure. It is generally used for external and internal installation. The double headed hydrant has double the capacity.

Hose coupling are made of gun metal. These couplings are instantaneous type and are wound with copper/G.I. wire at either end of the delivery hose. These coupling are available in 28mm dia., 50mm dia. and 63mm dia.

It is a tappered gun metal nozzle having 63mm dia. Instantaneous type male intent and on the other side a hexagonal nozzle of 20mm dia. bore which gives a jet of water.

Hose cabinet is fabricated out of MS sheet metal having glass fronted twin doors, with safe locking facility and enough space to accommodate 2 numbers of hoses and a branch pipe.

Fire aid hose reel is made out of MS sheet, consisting of house guide on which rubber hose of 19mm dia of required length is kept wound. It has a swing type motion to allow 180 rotation.

This is a flexible pipe which is bound on one side with male and on the other side with female instances type gun metal coupling pair. The hose of length 7.5mtrs, 15mtrs, 30mtrs, are available and the very same lengths can be suppled inRRL63 mm internal Dia. brand non percolating Fire Fighting hose bearing ISI mark as IS:636/1988 Type A certifi-cated by BIS as per IS:9002 quality systems in length of 15 meters.

First brigade inlet connection consists of two or four numbers of built in non return valves fixed on a manifold and fabricated MS pipe enclosed with MS cabinet.
