Air Swept Mill

This is a Screenless Pulverizer for fine grinding of chemicals, The Grinding chamber consists of top and bottom serrated liners. In the center is the Rotor with swinging hammers with two bearing housings on both sides with leak proof sealing arrangements . The Grinding chamber is connected to a Built in Blower by a Cone Design .On the rotor shaft between the cone is a whizzer that permits gap adjustment from 1mm to 20 mm between rotating arms and stationary Cone.Only the grinded powder gets sucked in to the Built in blower on the same shaft which positively pneumatically transfers the grinded powder through a pipeline to the Cyclone and PJDC Dust Collector is connected with an External Exhaust Centrifugal Blower that helps in conveying the powder and also in discharging clean air to atmosphere.

FINEX PIN MIXER PELLETISER

The Finex Pin Pelletizer Mixer is a high-speed mixer, agglomerate that conditions and micro-pelletizes by converting the fine powders into small agglomerates through the action of a high speed rotor shaft with pin assembly in a MACHINED STATIONARY CASING .
The Pelletizer produces spherical micro-pellets, granules by combining the dry feed with a liquid binder/water mixture. Pellets are formed when the dry feed particles are dispersed by the rotor in the first section of the chamber that comes in contact with fine sprays of binder solution or water. The high-speed rotation of the rotor with atomizing of spray, coats individual powder particles with the binder that pelletizes the particles into roundish spherical granules.
The Pelletizer speed can be varied from 100 to 750 RPM. The gap between the Rotating Rotor and casing can also be varied from 3mm to 6mm . Accordingly the pellets size dia will be determined.
Powder is fed from the top at 12 o clock position and Pellets of proper sizes as set will discharge from the bottom chute at 6 o clock position.

FINEX CYRO GRINDING PLANT

Finex offers Cryogenic Grinding plants which is continually cooled with liquid nitrogen from the integrated cooling system before and during the grinding process.
Thus the sample is embrittled and volatile components are preserved. The liquid nitrogen circulates through the system and is continually replenished from an Autofill system in the exact amount which is required to keep the temperature at -196 C.
Powerful impact ball milling results in a perfect grinding efficiency. The Autofill system avoids direct contact with LN2 and makes the operation very safe.

Hammer Mill

It is used for grinding Cereals, Spices, Chemicals, Minerals and many other applications. The Grinding chamber consists of the top half serated liner and at the bottom is fitted with a detachable perforated screen. At the centre there is rotating rotor, which are fitted with either fixed or swinging hammers.
The rotor rotates between 2000 and 4000 rpm depending upon the grinding equipment model selected. After the powder is grinded it can be collected by gravity or pneumatically conveyed by blower which pushes the material into a Cyclone. From the cyclone the super fines pass into a dust collector and the grinded powder is discharged from the cyclone.

Ultra Fine Mill

This is a Screenless Pulverizer for very fine grinding of powders from 100 to 300mesh .The material is fed in the center between the rotating tips and stationary serrated C shaped liners, grinding takes place.The grinded powder is sucked in to the sides of rotating Rotor through a gap plate which can be set from .5mm to 3mm. Rotary Air Lock Valve
