Finer Surfaces has been working for the past ten years with engineers and chemists who have been in business for over 50 years making top quality construction materials for the international market. Together we have developed two floors systems to create hard wearing, luxurious polished concrete floors.   Finer Floor Finish  is a polished concrete micro topping system that is trowel applied at 2-3mm thick on any interior or exterior floor. This polymer modified concrete coating has been designed with excellent adhesion properties giving it the ability to be applied to almost any substrate including existing tile without the need to remove, wood, concrete, laminate, screed or stone. Anti-scratch, waterproof and flexible it can be used to create seamless floors in many settings such as living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, pool surrounds, patios or office building floors. Suitable for commercial and residential applications. Due to its thickness or lack thereof, it is a great material to be used in restoration as it will cover without the need to remove most existing floors. Pre-pigmented in any one of our signature colors.   Finer Level  is a liquid self-leveling compound which can be applied between 2-50mm. It is very durable, hard wearing and can be used in a variety of ways, as a floor repair mortar and/or a finished floor layer or both all in the same application. This is a very cost effective flooring solution for interior or exterior spaces in commercial and residential settings. Scratch resistant, flexible and pre- pigmented in anyone of our signature colors.

Both polished concrete and polished plaster have been in use for centuries. With our latest technology we have advanced these practices to create durable, hard wearing designer wall finishes. Over the past ten years Finer Surfaces has developed three different wall system choices.   Finer Wall Finish  is used to create seamless polished concrete walls that are suitable for interior and exterior use. Used in conjunction with our water proofer, this finish is an excellent option for wet rooms, pools, spas or bathtubs in almost any color. Applied at just 2-3mm it is suitable for renovation without the need to remove existing finishes such as tile. Due to our advanced bonding agent, it can be installed on almost any surface such as plaster board, high density foam, cement block, wood, stone or ceramic tile. Pre-pigmented for pure rich colors, these materials can be installed and finished in a number of ways to create high end architectural features. Very easy to clean and maintain.   Finer Facade  is our exterior rendering compound used for exterior finishes. An excellent choice for new structures but also for the restoration of old buildings or monuments. Pre-pigmented in any one of our signature colors, this finish is completely water proof yet breathable which allows the façade to stay dry to the elements but allows for condensation from the interior to escape preventing mold, discoloration and efflorescence. Developed to have great flexibility as well as resistance to weather changes and structural movement make it a crack free solution for building exteriors. Applied in one coat without the need for expansion joints it is a cost effective, aesthetically pleasing and pratical finishing compound.
