Color Sorter Machines

Color Sorters are machines that are used on the production lines in bulk food processing and other industries. They separate items by their colours, detecting the colours of things that pass before them, and using mechanical or pneumatic ejection devices to divert items whose colours do not fall within the acceptable range.

Color Sorters are mostly used in sorting agricultural grains, pulses and plastic granules. The rice sorting industry is the first big market. The second sorting market is in use for coarse cereals, such as wheat, corn, peanut, different kinds of beans, sesame seeds, etc. Sorting machines improve product quality and add social benefits.

Vibratory feeders located on the top of the machine are used to feed the Color Sorter Machine. The grains/seeds/granules fall from the vibratory feeder onto the chutes of the machine. There are CCD sensors and cameras situated at the end of the chutes, which detects the unwanted particles and passes on the signals to the processor.

The processor upon receiving signals immediately passes on the signals to the ejectors to fire a puff of air, so as to remove those unwanted particles detected by the cameras. These unwanted particles are collected inside a rejection bin, which is situated in front of the acception bin, that collects good particles.

Peanuts

The Peanut, also known as the Groundnut is a legume crop grown mainly for its edible seeds. It is widely grown in the tropics and subtropics, being important to both small and large commercial producers. It is classified as both a grain legume and, because of its high oil content, an oil crop. A typically among crop plants, peanut pods develop underground rather than aboveground.

Peanut is mainly grown in the western and southern parts of India. It is one of the few major crops of the area.

Peanuts are rich in essential nutrients. In a 100 g serving, peanuts provide about 570 calories and are an excellent source of several B vitamins, vitamin E, several dietary minerals, such as manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, protiens and dietary fibers.

Packing Information

>> Bag Color: White>> Weight: 25kgs / 30kgs / 50kgs

Uses

>> Peanut oil is often used in cooking, because it has a mild flavor and a relatively high smoke point. Due to its high monounsaturated content, it is considered healthier than saturated oils, and is resistant to rancidity. The several types of peanut oil include: aromatic roasted peanut oil, refined peanut oil, extra virgin or cold-pressed peanut oil, and peanut extract.
>> Boiled peanuts are a popular snack in the southern United States, as well as in India, China, and West Africa. In India, boiled peanuts are often prepared in salty water and eaten all over India.
>> Dry peanuts can be roasted in the shell or shelled in a home oven if spread out one layer deep in a pan and baked for 15 to 20 min.
>> In the Indian subcontinent, peanuts are a light snack, usually roasted and salted (sometimes with the addition of chilli powder), and often sold roasted in pods or boiled with salt. They are also made into dessert or sweet snack pieces by processing with refined sugar and jaggery. Indian cuisine uses roasted, crushed peanuts to give a crunchy body to salads; they are added whole (without pods) to leafy vegetable stews for the same reason. Another use is peanut oil for cooking.
>> Peanut processing often requires dehulling: the hulls generated in large amounts by the peanut industries can then be used to feed livestock

Air Compressors

An air compressor is a device that converts power into potential energy stored in the form of pressurized air most commonly known as compressed air. By one of several methods, an air compressor forces more and more air into a storage tank, increasing the pressure. When tank pressure reaches its upper limit the air compressor shuts off. The compressed air, then, is held in the tank until called into use.

The energy contained in the compressed air can be used for a variety of applications, utilizing the kinetic energy of the air as it is released and the tank depressurizes. When tank pressure reaches its lower limit, the air compressor turns on again and re-pressurizes the tank.

Air Compressors can be classified based on pressure delivered and principle of operation. The further classification can be viewed as Low-Pressure Air Compressors, Medium-Pressure Air Compressors and High-Pressure Air Compressors under 1st division. Whereas, the 2nd division consists of Screw Type Compressor and Turbo Type Compressor.

To ensure all compressor types run efficiently with no leaks, it is imperative to perform routine maintenance, such as monitoring and replacing air compressor fittings.
