> 1st Installation in India of LG Roof Top units of 350 ton at City Gold Multiplex. Commissioned in June 2003.
> 1st Installation in Gujarat of HITACHI cassette unit. Commissioned in April 1997.
> Fastest installation executed in HL-BBA College. 252 tons DAIKIN VRV in 41 days.
