We offer different kinds of durable labeling solutions. These labels are specially used to print the Barcodes. These are available in rolls. Labels available in printed as well as plane form and in different kind of paper viz. Chromo, TT2C, Polyester, Formtech & Destructible Vinyl. Also, we can provide the barcode labels with Holographic strip and Serial numbering.
Our Breakable Vinyl is a specialized tamper evident paper label that is completely self-destructive in nature. This label contains a special fiber and cannot be removed intact from the surface once applied.
The technique works by using a very weak and brittle substrate and aggressive adhesive to ensure that the label disintegrates into many components if any attempt is made to remove it.
One can print the variable information on this label by Barcode Printer or by inkjet Printer. The label will disintegrate if attempt to remove it. As shown in the photo the label gets destroyed into many small pieces.

This Polyester material has a dull silver look to it and a checkerboard self-adhesive that if removed after application leaves a checkerboard pattern indicating tampering. Must be printed only on a “Low Speed” Desktop Color or Black and White Laser Printer (For HP: Tuff Paper Setting). The adhesive is a clear acrylic adaptable to many surfaces with a minimum application temperature of 32º F, and a service temperature range of -40º F to 302º F.
