These Heating segments come with suitable size and grade of spiral element, embedded in horizontal and vertical position. These embedded segments are used in round type furnaces like Pit furnace, Bell furnaces. The maximum working temperature is 1000 0 C. Some special cases upto 1050 0  C.

These Heating Panel come with suitable size and grade of spiral element embedded in horizontal and vertical position. These embedded panels are used in box type furnaces like Chamber, bogie etc. The maximum working temperature is 1000 0  C and in some special cases upto 1050 0 C.  

These Heating Segments come with suitable size and grade of Rod Over Bend element. The elements are supported by suitable size pin/hook embedded to the board. These free radiating segments are used in round type furnaces like “Pit furnace” and “Bell furnaces”. The maximum working temperature is 1200 0 C .

The insulating cylindrical segments can be used in Hot phase of the furnace in gas heated furnace.

The insulating flat panel can be used in hot phase of the furnace in gas heated furnace. In the chamber furnace the insulating panels are used as hot phase insulation where heating panels are not installed.

FML Metallic heating elements are composed of two main types of electric resistance alloys with the former composed of ferrous-chromium-aluminum and the latter of Nickel-Chromium, each having their own advantages. The materials is designed to have a higher creep and elongation strengths at elevated temperatures coupled with better surface oxidation properties, which result in extended life of the heating elements. In general Fe-Cr-Al based heating element is superior to Ni-Cr based heating element with respect to performance and life. It is therefore nowadays a standard material choice when it comes to metallic heating elements for the industrial furnace. However, Ni-Cr alloys have a higher hot and creep strength. The specific properties of them are as mentioned below in thetabular column. FML Metallic Heating Elements have the operating lifetime and threshold temperature. When the elements are heated, the oxygen from the atmosphere diffuses and penetrates from the alloy surface to react with the metallic elements and the components of the heating elements. Eventually leading to the corrosion of the element. To prevent the oxidation of the inner part of the element at high temperatures an oxidation layer has to be formed on the surface. These layers must also be thin and adhere to the metal under temperature fluctuations. Considering these aspects the oxide layer formed on Fe-Cr-Al alloys and the Ni-Cr alloys contributes to the much longer operating life of heating elements. FML metallic heating Elements are supplied in the shape of either Wire/Strip as per the customer's requirements. We also offer any type of special composite heating elements like MoSi2, Sic etc.
