Through deck welding is also possible where the Headed Shear connector is welded through a formed galvanized sheet onto a steel beam. Concrete is then poured over the formed sheet and the shear connectors.
We offer a wide range of Linear Gratings used for drainage of storm water. Item set is consisting of a Grate and two rails on both sides as standard design. The Gratings is available in a range of profiles to suit different applications, and can be custom made to suit your specification.
The available sizes are:
Width (in mm) : 150 to 900.
Length (in mm) : 500 to 1000.
Load Rating : BS EN 124D400, E600 and F900.
Stair treads are constructed to the same specifications (thickness) as any other flooring. The tread "depth" is measured from the outer edge of the step to the vertical "riser" between steps. The "width" is measured from one side to the other.
Each stairtread is supplied with end plates complete with slotted holes for easy installation.
Typically we will supply the stairtread with anti slip nosing bar. Standard sizes of our stairtreads are 250mm and 280mm wide x 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm long. Customized sizes are available on request.
Stair treads are designed for a simply supported condition when having a single concentrated imposed load of 1.5 kN spread over an area of 150mm X 150mm placed at the centre of the front edge of a tread. The maximum recommended deflections is 1/200th of the effective span or 6 mm whichever is lesser.
Comprising of pressed clamp plate, saddle clips, m8 * 70mm bold and nuts. All are manufactured in mild steel with hot dip galvanized finish or in stainless steel 304, 316 grade materials.
Any other special grating fixing clamps shall be manufactured upon request.
